Nil Customer servivce
Hubby ordered the central locking tailgate kit for our DMax, he did not read the reviews beforehand( lesson learned) when the instructions in regards to colours of the electric wiring didn’t match or make sense he contacted them 4 times via email( no response) 4 times via phone. The sales person said: he can’t do anything and will ask the installation person to respond…nil response…salesperson was not helpful( like giving number or email for us to directly communicate) Buyer beware…nil customer service! Then hubby went to their shop to return the item, nil interest on why he returned it even when advised of his attempts to install their unit with just some help...not interested
