Royal Mail lost the first package sent but after contacting Unico they, without hesitation, resent the items and they arrived a few days later. It was great to be able to speak to somebody real on the phone who could actually deal with the problem and find a solution rather than a useless chatbot or just somebody that can only pass on messages. Great customer service!

Minor issues with delivery from Royal Mail but resolved with no problems so "hats off " for excellent customer service. Thank you Gareth for your quick responses, will definitely use again if needed.

Unico delivered.
Gareth did a fabulous job shipping me out the parts that I needed in timely fashion and the products I received were just as I hoped. Looking forward to using them! I looked high and low for a national supplier here in the US and had even reached out to the Dutch manufacturer but they only delivered to large customers in SE Asia.

With an excellent selection of products, a simple and straightforward ordering system and with fast delivery, what's to dislike?
I contacted them for a little information and received an almost instant reply which told me everything I wanted to know.
The items ordered were of excellent quality and exactly as described. I will be very happy to order from Unico again.
