Superb gym!
Been a member for nearly a year and one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have a weekly PT session which has really helped keep me on track and I am seeing results beyond what I expected. Amazing facilities and great staff!

Great gym, fantastic atmosphere.
I've been going to the gym for the past three months, even though I'm not your typical gym person everyone has been welcoming and I've made some great friends. I feel energised and healthier than I have ever been.

Best gym in the South
Without doubt the best gym on the south coast.
Friendly and helpful staff with personal trainers at hand to help when required, the free weights section is huge and there are ample cardio and weight machines for all lower and upper body needs.

Great gym
I joined this gym a couple of years ago now and from the moment I signed up it’s been an awesome experience, the staff are friendly and helpful. They are always making improvement, you turn up one day and boom an improved training area or new piece of equipment.
