£7000.00 Two and a half years later. Bathroom needs to totally re done. Not the quality anything we were promised. Will not use or recommend UHS for any further home improvements

This company from first meeting with Kristy,to having bathroom fitted by Jason and Willie,was nothing but professional from start to finish, would have no hesitation recommending them.

So happy with my new bathroom everything was great from first contact with Kirsty til completion. Brain and his team were friendly, professional and efficient and did a fantastic job cannot praise them highly enough would definitely recommend this business.

I feel very fortunate to have come across Ultimate Home Solutions and am delighted with the new bathroom they fitted and installed. From planning and costing to completing the work and reviewing it, it was clear to me that they were committed to delivering a result which would make me happy. I did not feel confident about planning the work and so was very relieved when Kirsty came out and took all of the mystery out of the process, being transparent about costing everything within my budget throughout. I didn't have many ideas about what I wanted, but she ensured that the elements I did want were in place. Roy and Thomas are just the best fitters/ plumbers/ bathroom magicians out there. They were professional, friendly and a delight to talk to: answered all my questions and kept me up to speed with what they were doing. I was also very reassured by the fact that they send someone out to inspect the work once it's done, to ensure you're completely satisfied- and I was. Will definitely call on them when I replace my en suite and kitchen.

We're really happy with our new bathroom. Everyone we've dealt with at UHS has been pleasant and helpful, and really easy to get in touch with whenever we've had questions. Fitter Philip was a pleasure to have around the house, keeping us up to date with progress, and the finish of the room is outstanding. We'd be happy to go to this company again for future work.

From start to finish the professionalism of all Ultimate staff was exceptional. From planning the bathroom upgrade, communication before the work commenced, workmanship and standards of the fitters and after care were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Amazing result after getting my new bathroom fitted. From start to finish the whole team was excellent! The guys who came to fit the bathroom were very friendly, polite, tidy and worked to a high standard, they kept me informed in all aspects of the work that was carried out. Our rubbish was also removed very quickly. We did have to call a guy back out to fix a small leak under the sink but again this was very prompt and no problems since. I would definitely work with this company again. Next stop…the kitchen 🤞🏻👍🏻

We got our bathroom done by this company and we had multiple complaints. Certain features of our finished bathroom don't work as they should, such as the toilet not flushing properly and incorrect sizes. Before placing an order with them on the 31st of January they advised us when they came to view and take measurements, that everything being installed would fit in with our small bathroom, although what we got fitted does not. They told us on the phone initially that they had given us sizes for everything being fitted, and even had someone come out to check the paperwork we had signed, which proved that actually this wasn't the case.

We wanted to get these issues fixed before making the payment, however, we were told that before any issues could be looked into we had to make the full payment. After making the payment weeks ago ultimate home solutions have since stopped responding and have, it seems completely washed their hands of us. It feels like that they totally took advantage of us and basically blackmailed us into making the full payment by refusing to deal with our complaint before we paid them in full. We are elderly pensioners and my husband is disabled and we have been left with a bathroom totally unsuitable for our needs. We spend a substantial amount of our life savings to make our life better and have been left with a bathroom not as promised and Ultimate Home Solutions obviously couldn't care less as they have their money. I have spoken to their customer service on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off with a promise to escalate, however I am still waiting!!!

Think long and hard before using this company as in my personal experience, if you have issues once payment has been made Ultimate Home Solutions will have no interest in resolving them.

After the response from Ultimate Home Solutions to my review I would like to know what solution was offered and refused? I have asked numerous times for the document I signed that detailed the sizes of the bathroom furniture but as yet have not been provided to me. To say the Service Manager has been in constant contact is totally untrue as I have contacted customer service at least 3 times over the last few weeks with no response.

I have had a separate email threatening legal action if I do not remove the review within a week which seems very much like bullying tactics to me. I have been given a number to contact and will do so. If my issues are properly addressed and resolved I will be happy to remove the review as requested

the men who came to do the job were amazing prompt very polite ,kept me informed of all work being done .gave me great advice and also left the bathroom and house immaculate .

Ultimate homes were supposed to come and fit a shower cubicle and a radiator for me but I had issues with dates and no one turning up So I did get annoyed especially as it was more than once eventually they got a fitter to come and it was done over two days which was good and may I add he did a fantastic job and now my bathroom looks lovely again ,he was a lovely guy very polite who actually did a really good job .All issues were resolved amicably and rubbish taken away. Customer care and communication is very important in business and somewhere along the line it failed a bit but since speaking to Steven the Marketing director who gave me assurance that if there was any issues that he would deal with it and get it sorted and thankfully it has now been resolved.I got a visit from another manager David today and he couldn’t apologise enough and I do understand that things can go wrong at times ,too many jobs and not enough fitters but as customers we should come first as if it wasn’t for customers there would be no company and this is where communication is key . Ultimate solution do a lot for the community including the elderly and support St Mirren with sponsorship .
Thank you for your customer service support with after sales , I can’t give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as there always got to be room for improvement ,I wouldn’t get this company ever again tho ,lesson learned

Having recently had our bathroom fitted by UHS, we were blown away by the quality and service so it was an easy decision to have UHS replace two of our windows. From the initial consultation through to booking the installation and the installation itself, it was a smooth process and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The fitters were efficient and were done in no time, taking time to clean up and make sure we were happy with the end results. We'll definitely come back to UHS when it's time to get the rest of the windows (and house!) upgraded. Many thanks!

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful sales contact and the bathroom install was brilliant and finished very nicely indeed. Tidy job, rubbish removed quickly and no issues since done. Can’t ask for more.

Entire process was really smooth and professional; from setting up the consultation, the walkthroughs, and the work itself. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better. Got a new kitchen floor and full bathroom renovation installed in 5 days and perfectly within the schedule I needed to work too. Both rooms are a dream come true.

The whole company was amazing and I was kept informed every step of the way. Special shout out to Kirsty, Phil, Brian, and Craig. You guys were perfect.

Looking at getting my kitchen done next year and UHS will be my port of call.

Piece of advice for anyone needing renovation work done and you’re either new to the process (like I was) or have had not great experiences in the past, go with UHS. You won’t be disappointed. The work and the professionalism is absolutely stellar.

I would highly recommend this company. On first walking into the showroom I met Andrea who was very knowledgeable about the products and made the whole process very easy and kept me updated on how things were progressing. All who were involved with the purchase, from Andrea, the finance department, and the 2 guys who fitted my door, all were very professional, polite and honest. I will have no hesitation in using this company again in the future .
