Scam never reply do not order from them. 200% scam

Total scam ordered from them and months later absolutely nothing just emails saying my order was delayed. I asked for a refund absolutely nothing. Stay away please.

Scam artists, took £30 off me 2 years ago and despite constant emails and complaints I’ve received no refund or my order.

Item didn’t turn up. Lots of communication but still no item and no refund. Scammers!!!!

I ordered 2x jackets from ultramodan waited 2 years sent so many messages still got no reply asked for a refund they contacted me back saying my refund would be in my account within 48 hours it didn't happen there scammers this site should be shut down they rip us off..I just before I wrote this review I sent them a email which came back saying email doesn't exist..am not happy at all..this site needs to be shut down can only imagine how many more people they have down this to..calender does go back to the 6th of march 2021 I ordered..so I just put 6th of march 2022 as calender doesn't go back that far..

Order never arrived and no response from "customer service team". This company is a fraud and more should be done to shut them down.

I brought a coat from them in 2021 and paid £35 and still waiting for it not very happy I have tried emailing them and never got back to me something need s to be done they can't keep takeing money of people it's not fair

!!!!! Hi Ladies it looks like Ultamodan is rebranding as All About Me -AAM. Be careful purchasing clothes online. It is common knowledge that Ultamodan are currently in liquidation and the director has been banned. I have personal experience with my order. Always do your research before buying. Always check reviews xxxx

Order never arrived after months of waiting. Can't get hold of anyone for a refund. The address on the Shop app is not in use so there's no way to contact them.

I never received my order. They kept telling me they were but never did.

I purchased a jumper hoping it would arrive in the time frame they advised. Didn't receive anything. I wrote to them several time over the past couple months and received no response at all. Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. They don't even deserve one star

Placed an order for a dress, said 10-15 days for delivery. After 2 months still nothing so emailed and asked to cancel and refund. They cancelled. I am yet to get a refund now 3.5mths on and their website is no longer working. Totally fraudulent company. Do not order through them.

Wish I read the reviews. If it's too good to be true it usually is. Ordered a jacket set for my bridal shower two months ago and never received it in time. Like copy and paste from other customers, I got a response about a 'delay' but nothing since. Will be taking this to fair claims to get a refund. So disappointing!!!

One star is too high. This company is a scam. I ordered a coat and never received it. Have asked for a refund with not success. DO BUY FROM THEM!
