Easy to order,
the product is nice and even though, I followed the recommended size, I could gone smaller. I love that and it just verifies the quality of the fabric which is important to me. I purchased it for an event in September, 2026 and the fabric is light enough.

not all customers are treated equally
High cost of returning the items for some countries, while free returns for their German customers.
Also, no returns of underwear and swimwear, but this rule does not apply to all countries.
As they are discriminating their customers, will never shop there again.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Ulla Popken. I ordered six shirts and was charged for all six, but only two were actually delivered. I later learned that the other four shirts I had ordered weren't even available/in stock.
What I don't understand is why Ulla Popken would confirm an order and charge a customer for products that weren't actually available. If an item isn't in stock, the website should not allow the customer to purchase it as though it is available, or at the very least the company should immediately notify the customer and correct the charge.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, I had to wait while they conducted an investigation before I could receive my refund for the items I never received. I understand that companies sometimes need to investigate missing shipments, but in this case, four of the six items apparently weren't even available in the first place.
I eventually received my refund, but the entire experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Customers should not be charged for items that aren't available, and they shouldn't have to wait for an investigation to get their money back for products they never received.
This experience has definitely made me hesitant to order from Ulla Popken again.

Sale items that did not get discounted…
Sale items that did not get discounted even though the sale was posted quite evidently. Pants were very cheap material worth less than half what was charged. This was very disappointing.

The swim suit unitard too thin
The swim suit unitard I purchased is pretty but the quality of the fabric is not what I expected for the price of the swimsuit. Very thin material. I am concerned about swimming and if being to thin I can see through it when wet.
