I ordered 2 bras

I ordered 2 bras, same style, same size but different colors (black, nude). One fits perfectly like the one I purchased at a retail store, the other is much smaller across the back. Incidentally, the one I purchased at the retail store is also the color that does not fit well. Otherwise, I was very happy with the prompt response to my order, and the ease of ordering. I would have given a 5 if not for the difference in sizing which I do not blame on HerRoom.

Including all Women,Not just women to…

Including all Women,Not just women to size 18 or 20. I have tried for a very long time to find a place that sells personals,like bras and panties that was in my size ! 😄 Thank you for letting all women feel special. I am very happy with my purchases.

Easy to navigate but color misleading

Easy to navigate site. The color options weren’t completely accurate - I ordered a color which showed darker than another I have ordered previously … but it’s actually lighter.

No worries - I can use the lighter later this year. But, would have liked to receive what I thought I ordered based on the color palette.
