I ordered a pretty blouse
I ordered a pretty blouse, which unfortunately was way too large. The directions for returning or reorder-ing said to return it and reorder online. Returning in the same bag with UPS cost me $14.65. Add to this, $7 or so for your restocking fees. Other companies make this much, much easier and less costly. I won't be ordering anymore from you.

Dress was ordered in usual size, but was extremely large. Need a better sizing guide to help people figure out the correct size to order in your product. Liked the dress, will order more if I can figure out appropriate size.

I have been a customer for many years, and always find the products to be attractive, durable, and well made. My only suggestion is an addition to the size range...I'd like you to offer garments in size 20/22. The sizes above and below are either too small or too big. I usually order the bigger size and have it altered.

Had to mend top before wearing
I like the top I purchased. However, after washing it before wearing it (per the enclosed instructions), I noticed that the binding at the neckline was not completely sewn. So, before even wearing the garment I had to mend it. Good thing I know how to sew and have a sewing machine.
