Ulike IPL have been working so great for me, I saw results within the two weeks use! Its great to have on hand whenever you need it unlike the laser saloon experience. I have also purchased the ulike reglow face and it have been a life changer for my skin! Highly recommend.

I purchased my IPL device a couple of years ago, it has since developed a foggy spot within the lens reducing light transmission. After reaching out to Ulike they requested multiple photos and videos which I sent, only to be asked to provide more. I sent more evidence and they continued to request further documentation to the point it became totally frustrating and redundant. Ultimately they closed my case without resolution and I’m stuck with an internally defective device that no longer performs its purpose.

This product ist fabolous. After just 1.5months i have for real no hair left in my armpits. And the cooling Effekt ist perfect, zero pain. The prime ist absolutely fair, I would buy it every time again!

The device works great and it’s easy to use.
I struggle being consistent with routines and I do have incredibly sensitive skin, but even with the sporadic treatments that I’ve done I’ve seen amazing improvements and I haven’t had any issues with the device causing flare ups or discomfort.
Treatment is quick and painless even in areas with dense hair.

I’ve been using an IPL hair removal device from another brand for about two years before trying Ulike, but honestly, the results were never very impressive. Hair growth slowed a bit, but the efficiency always felt low, and at some point I even started wondering whether my old device was malfunctioning. I purchased the Ulike device in February this year, and the difference was noticeable very quickly. The treatment feels much more effective, after consistent use, my underarms now have almost no hair growth at all, which is something I never achieved with my previous device. Another big plus is that the treatment is not painful. Even on more sensitive areas, the flashes feel comfortable and manageable, which makes it much easier to stay consistent with the sessions. I’m very satisfied with the results so far and would definitely recommend it to others who didn’t see strong results from other IPL devices.

I purchase the AirMega on sale and let me tell you it was worth it. My sister recently signed up for laser hair removal at a clinic and I went for this. It was top rated on multiple best of lists for at-home IPL. Not kidding I’ve used it maybe 4 times MAYBE and far apart and my leg and arm hair are already coming in sparse. I recommended it to a friend as well.

I have put a lot of time and money into laser hair removal in the past ten years. It is safe to say that I have spent over $30,000 with laser hair removal in the past decade and I was still not satisfied. When I came across Ulike’s IPL devices I was skeptic at first, after lots of research and hesitation, I decided to try it. I can honestly say, if you stay consistent with your sessions you will be satisfied with the result. In addition to that, their customer service is beyond impressive. I purchased this device one year ago and I would recommend this device 100%

Note: I do have hirsutism (excessive hair growth) due to PCOS. Therefore my hair growth is aggressive and I am so happy the Ulike air 10 can handle it!

I was skeptical at first about the Ulike IPL Laser Air10, but honestly, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. After just two weeks of consistent use, I’m already seeing noticeably less hair growth, especially on my face, armpits, and legs. The best part? It’s completely painless and I can do everything right in the comfort of my own home—no appointments, no hassle.

As stated in Ulike’s response, they confirmed that I would receive a full refund for the device.
I was relieved that the issue would finally be resolved, but I still haven’t received any payment.

They keep asking all kinds of questions, and now they are claiming that my PayPal account ( the one the refund was supposed to be sent to ) does not exist.”

I find it unacceptable that such a large company does not follow through on their promises and responsibilities.

I purchased the Ulike X on February 18th, 2025, not even a year ago. In the beginning, I was very happy with the device. However, a few weeks ago it suddenly stopped working completely and wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried everything, but nothing helped.

So I contacted Ulike’s customer service.
That’s where the real disappointment began.

Because they no longer sell the Ulike X in the Netherlands, they told me they cannot send me a replacement of the same model. I sent them multiple videos as requested, and their “solution” was to offer me a Ulike Air 3 + $141 refund. I absolutely do not agree with this. I chose the more expensive and more powerful model for a reason. I want the same model replaced or a full refund — nothing less.

When I made this clear, they told me they couldn’t do that because my purchase was “over 100 days old.” This makes no sense at all, especially since the product clearly comes with a 2-year warranty.

This is a direct quote from their email:

“ After reviewing your order details, we noticed that your Ulike X purchase was made over 100 days ago, which means it’s outside our standard return window for a full refund.

So now you can only choose to return the Ulike X for a complimentary replacement of the Air 3 Gift Set, along with a $141 refund for the price difference.
If you’d like to proceed with this, please confirm, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.”

Honestly, this is unacceptable.
The device was expensive, it broke within a year, and I have the right to receive the same product or my money back. Their customer service takes zero responsibility and refuses to help properly.

I have now sent the device back to them, and I’m curious to see what they will say, but based on this experience, I would never recommend buying from Ulike. A company that doesn’t honor its own warranty and treats customers like this is not trustworthy.

I’ve been using my Ulike Air 10 just from Sept 2025 on my entire body, and I’m honestly impressed. I barely feel anything when I use it, AND I’m shaving so much less now, and the regrowth is noticeably slower and finer.
The only downside for me is that the device feels a bit big and awkward to hold and press at the same time (but I do have small hands, so that might not be an issue for everyone).
For the results I’m getting, it’s a solid 5/5 from me.

Ulike has consistently demonstrated excellent customer service since I purchased the Ulike Air 10 in January of 2025. Not only is the product a high-quality device, but the company also prioritises total customer satisfaction.

I had broken glasses and they replaced them with know hassle.

I have had my IPL device for a while now. I love that it was cost effective (way less than paying for repeat laser appointments), that it doesn’t hurt to use (for me anyway) and that it is effective — even on stubborn chin/neck hairs. I have PCOS so hair in unwanted places is unfortunately a daily battle for me.
I only rated 4 stars for now because I have severe ADHD and struggle to make using this device a habit but my life would be so much easier if I could just commit to using it on a schedule. I will update my review once I have used it more consistently and have better results to speak to.

The easiest device I’ve ever used to remove unwanted hair! The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I’m amazed at how the hair became fine with each use. I would definitely recommend this laser for treating hair removal!

I’ve been doing laser hair removal for 12 years and came across the Ulike brand.

I ordered the Ulike X a few months ago and can only say: this thing changed my life!

I can’t believe how convenient and effective it is. Multiple areas where I’ve used it don’t show hair growth for around 2/3 months. I dare to say the results are even better than professional laser hair removal, at a fraction of the cost. Also amazing not to have to go through the awkwardness of doing private areas at a clinic.

It does require some time and discipline, as you have to use it often in the first month of each area and it’s a slow process. But overall it’s absolutely worth it. Pain is very minor due to the comfortable cold tip.

I purchased the ULIKE air 3. I have been using the device for 3 months. I using it on my bikini line and lower legs currently.
First of all, I can confirm that it is painless. I did laser hair removal 15 years ago and that was painful and my skin would look red for at least a day or so following the treatment. The air 3 is so much more comfortable of an experience.
As for results, the hair on my legs seems to grow back slower and more sparsely. Because of my previous laser hair removal treatments, it is harder to tell results on my bikini line. It was already sparse but I’m trying to clean it up a bit more.
However, I feel confident that with continued use of the air 3 I will achieve the results I’m looking for.
I’m really happy with this product and would recommend it to everyone looking for a more affordable and less costly hair removal solution than laser.

ULike Air10 is convenient and is pain free! It comes with instruction manual with step by step procedures on how to use it. After several weeks of use, I noticed that my armpit hair is not growing as fast anymore. Their customer service is also great. They have a 24 hour response time and had worked on addressing my request immediately. Definitely worth every penny!
