Visa Application Process
For the most part, the application process was seamless & straightforward. Your customer service regarding follow up and assistance is EXCELLENT!
Why I rated you only 3 stars was the passport photo part of the application. I think your requirements are too rigid as I feel my original submission did meet your requirements. Secondly your original email response, after I submitted the revised passport photo, was confusing as it provided a link asking me to re enter all info I had already provided.
That being said kudos as you allied me to simply email you a revised photo & your response confirmation both receipt & application approval based on resubmitted photo was excellent 👏
My suggestion: Make uploading a passport photo a little easier. 👍

Helpful service, but not entirely seamless
There are definitely positives here, especially in terms of how the process is structured and supported. However, I did experience a small gap between submitting my information and receiving confirmation that everything was moving forward. During that time, I wasn’t completely sure if anything was missing or if I needed to take further action. Once I received clarification, things progressed well and there were no further issues. So overall, a good experience, but there was a short period where communication could have been a bit clearer.

Full refund denied again
My appeal for a full refund it was denied a second time. I was told my application was already in “ an application request stage“ and therefore didn’t qualify for a full refund. How can an application be in any stage if it has not been submitted yet. The only thing submitted at that point was my payment. Obviously my mistake in sending my payment in midway through the application. ( as required by the app). I would advise anybody against using this service as they do not honor the policies they print.

I had trouble getting my pictures accepted at first. It frustrated me that the pictures had to be perfect. I re-submitted another set of shots and failed again. I think better and clearer examples of acceptable and unacceptable photos should be displayed.

Deceptive Misdirection
I was led to believe this was the legitimate UK government site to obtain an ETA visa. It is not. The listing in search engines is deceptive and meant to misdirect. The cost of 3 visas was nearly five times what the visas actually cost. I asked for a refund as soon as I learned of the deception. They refused to refund my money. I will need to dispute the credit card charge now.

BUYER BEWARE. SCAM. Terrible to find out significant up-charge in processing fees that is NOT RELATED TO UK GOVERNMENT. I was up-charged ~$119 AUD on to of a $40 government fee. There is no clear information on an parts of the website after direction from the google URL that indicates this website is not affiliated with the UK government.

Initially overwhelming, but turned out surprisingly manageable
When I first started the process, I’ll admit it felt a bit overwhelming. There were quite a few steps involved, and I wasn’t entirely confident I understood everything correctly. However, what changed my experience was how the platform gradually guided me through each stage. Instead of presenting everything at once, it broke things down in a way that made it easier to follow. I particularly noticed that once I completed one section, the next steps became clearer and more logical. By the time I reached the final submission, I actually felt quite confident that everything had been done correctly.
