This is a third-party website that charges extremely high fees for a process that can be completed free of charge through the official government website.
I initially started my application through this platform and paid almost £70 per person for their so-called processing service. However, partway through the application, I decided not to continue and contacted them to request a refund, as the application had not been completed.
At first, they only agreed to issue a partial refund. In my opinion, this was completely unreasonable, especially considering that the service had not been fully provided. Only after I made it clear that I was prepared to contact my bank and formally dispute the payment, and after I requested evidence of the work they claimed to have completed, did they finally return the money.
Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The website creates the impression that you are paying for something necessary or official, while in reality the same application can be made directly through the official website at no cost. I consider the service overpriced, misleading, and not worth the money.
I strongly recommend avoiding this website and using the official government website instead.

Last minute ETA made my trip to the UK!
As I was on my way to the Eurostar I realized my ETA was valid for my old passport and I was traveling with a new one. Desperate I started searching online, luckily I found Visa Portal and got the ETA within 30 minutes (I payed for the one hour one, but had it even sooner). Thanks to them I got my dream weekend to London! I know that they charge, but missing my trip with Eurostar and hotel would have cost much more. Impeccable, thank you!

I paid $250 through this site to apply…
I paid $250 through this site to apply for a UK ETA, not realizing it was a third-party service and not the official UK government portal. The actual UK ETA costs £10 directly through gov.uk and takes minutes to complete yourself.
The site is designed to look official, which is how I ended up here in the first place. The "services" they charge for — document review, application monitoring, email delivery — are not necessary for a process this simple.
When I requested a refund, it was denied. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover most of what I paid. Only after the dispute did they reach out offering a partial refund.
If you need a UK ETA, go directly to gov.uk. It takes about 10 minutes and costs £10. Do not use third-party sites like this one.

The process itself is quite well designed, but I did have to go back and correct something after my initial submission. That part could probably be improved to avoid small mistakes like that. On the positive side, once everything was corrected, the rest of the process moved forward without any problems. So while it wasn’t completely smooth, it still delivered the expected result.

Do not fall for this when searching for a UK Visa Application. It is not the official site and they charge 5x+ what it should actually. They are based in Dubai. It is a misleading scam masquerading as the official website. Plus then you have to worry about identity theft.

For the most part, the application process was seamless & straightforward. Your customer service regarding follow up and assistance is EXCELLENT!
Why I rated you only 3 stars was the passport photo part of the application. I think your requirements are too rigid as I feel my original submission did meet your requirements. Secondly your original email response, after I submitted the revised passport photo, was confusing as it provided a link asking me to re enter all info I had already provided.
That being said kudos as you allied me to simply email you a revised photo & your response confirmation both receipt & application approval based on resubmitted photo was excellent 👏
My suggestion: Make uploading a passport photo a little easier. 👍

Helpful service, but not entirely seamless
There are definitely positives here, especially in terms of how the process is structured and supported. However, I did experience a small gap between submitting my information and receiving confirmation that everything was moving forward. During that time, I wasn’t completely sure if anything was missing or if I needed to take further action. Once I received clarification, things progressed well and there were no further issues. So overall, a good experience, but there was a short period where communication could have been a bit clearer.

Full refund denied again
My appeal for a full refund it was denied a second time. I was told my application was already in “ an application request stage“ and therefore didn’t qualify for a full refund. How can an application be in any stage if it has not been submitted yet. The only thing submitted at that point was my payment. Obviously my mistake in sending my payment in midway through the application. ( as required by the app). I would advise anybody against using this service as they do not honor the policies they print.
