Very good experience overall with one small suggestion
I applied for UK ETAs for both myself and my wife before our holiday in Scotland. Managing two separate travel authorizations sounded stressful at first, but UK Visa Portal kept everything organized and easy to follow. The emails were detailed, professional, and arrived at every important stage. I also appreciated that someone reviewed the application details before submission because it reduced the worry of making mistakes. The only thing I would improve is adding clearer examples for passport and selfie photos before the upload step begins. Once we understood the requirements properly though, the process moved quickly and both approvals arrived without problems. Would definitely use the service again for future UK travel.

BE WARNED this is a dangerous scam
BE WARNED! We got scammed by this website which impersonates the UK government website and steals your sensitive personal information at the same time. We ended up paying hundreds of dollars for something that just cost £20 or $30 on the UK government website.
We are reporting the website including to google which should not display a scam site in their search results!

The time the system was open was satisfactory.
There was a quick response explaining the passport problem, and they responded quickly.
Suggestion: before starting the application, indicate that we will need a copy of the passport and a photo.
And even though I wasn't in a hurry, I couldn't pay without the additional fee (there's no way to revert the information).
