Exactly what I wanted, with quick delivery

Great service, everything arrived on time.

I'd been looking for tiles that measure 400mmx150mm for a while and I stumbled on this company. After finding the tiles online, there were various delivery options but when selecting three boxes, it only offered a pallet delivery which I cannot receive here as I live in a flat in London.

I phoned up and spoke to Rachel who was very helpful - it was refreshing to speak to someone so helpful, after calling so many tile companies who just told me that a kerbside pallet delivery was the only option.

Rachel asked if I'd like to hold whilst she checked stock and after a very short wait, she confirmed that they could order them, receive them within a 2-3 days and then use a courier to send them to me as three parcels using DHL.

Anna kept me informed about my order and provided tracking reference and delivery timeframes. There was an issue caused by the delivery company but UK Tiles responded promptly to my email to sort this out.

Thank you for a positive shopping experience - I'd definitely recommend this company.

Really disappointed with the this company, no care in the world for their customers.

I placed an order for around £220 worth of tiles, unfortunately, I was given the wrong reference number my end and the wrong tiles arrived, for this I take full responsibility.

I just tried to get a little help from this company and re ordered the correct tiles, at a similar expense again, paying a carriage charge of £25 on each order. They then charged me an additional £15 to collect the tiles, even though another delivery was being made to the same address.

In total I have paid £65 in carriage for ££220 worth of tiles. That’s 30% of the total value of the order, they have provided no help or support and additionally NEVER answer the phone when you try to reach them- they clearly rely on you placing the order online and offer no customer service or after sales care.

I then got a call from one of the Seniors after raising this who basically said I have done well to avoid an additional £15 restocking fee.

Absolute joke of a company, there are other options out there who also don’t charge an extortionate amount for carriage and offer a level of customer service, which these guys don’t.

My advice is to avoid them - they will say the carriage charges are unavoidable, yet you get free delivery over £300- funny that.

Just to say that I was exceptionally impressed with the speed of delivery, took my breath away, surprized was so quick and the packaging was also exceptionally well done. No chance here of breakages which is the worry when ordering fragile items like tiles online. Brilliant in every way and I highly recommend this company.

Very quick delivery, well packaged tiles with a copy of the bill and a thank you popped in an envelope. Will absolutely use again and definitely recommend!

Despite the frustration of a very long, protracted delivery to Cornwall (which could possibly have been due to road closures as it was the G7summit at the time) which was out of the hands of UK Tiles and the transport company they use, the customer service lady we dealt with at UK Tiles, called Anna, went above and beyond to sort the situation out. She's an absolute credit to UK Tiles and such was her professionalism and determination to 'make good' the situation, that we would definitely use them again. As well as exemplary customer service, UK Tiles was also able to supply a size of tile that we had not been able to source locally. We've been impressed.
