5 stairs all the way
Found this company while searching internet, like the fact a British company and their prices compared to other retailers. The products I ordered turned up really quickly and the quality is outstanding. Honestly I cannot fault them from order to delivery. First class.

Simply the best.
The team at UK Stairparts went above and beyond to supply me with the timber I needed for a balustrade at short notice. Even staying open an extra 5 minutes after closing time on the weekend, to receive me, after I was caught up in traffic. And then, even re-opening to recut the timber after it would not fit in my hired van.
Special thanks to David Chapman who made this possible, as I was running to a deadline and would not have made it in time, but for his understanding. Thank you David! (and team).

Placed two orders online a few weeks…
Placed two orders online a few weeks apart. Delivery dreadful took time off work to wait in after they said it would arrive and it did not. This happened on both occasions. Very disappointing complained but they seem to think it was not there problem and blamed the courier they were using. Second time I complained I requested my delivery fee of 30.00 to be refunded and they have not done so. Not impressed with the service driver quite rude.

Apologies for the delay to your order.
We all agree, that there is nothing worse than waiting in for parcels that do not arrive and as a company, we are always looking to improve our service and that of the couriers that we employ.
It is totally untrue that we did not think it was our problem, we apologised to you on many occasions and like all good companies, we tried to explain to you the reasons why the delay had occurred.
We called you and sent many emails with scans attached and explanations from the couriers, this was so that you had the maximum amount of information, and also to show you that we were taking your issue seriously and making every effort to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
We have used many couriers over the years, none of which are perfect, but we have settled on the two couriers, which over a long period of time, have been the most reliable.
As explained, it seems that there is a particular problem at your local depot.
It is just a shame that, on this occasion, the high quality of the goods and the fact that they were despatched by us within the timeframe given, has been overshadowed by the fact that the courier delayed the delivery.
Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I've been searching around for a good quality stair hand rail to supplement my existing stair handrail. I saw good reviews of this company so spoke with them prior to my order. They were very helpful and I placed my order. I was a little worried about whether it would survive in the hand of the couriers. It arrived on schedule - extremely well packaged - and more importantly, undamaged. Thank you.

Good quality apart from the screws
Arrived quickly and apart from the screws provided was of good quality and package was well packed to protect the wood. The supplied screws however were quite weak and the heads broke easily so I had to use my own screws
