Haven't received my item.. paid 5.99 for delivery and still waiting 19 days later.. emailed company and they have totally ignored my email, now website is showing "back soon, error occured" when I click on the item link... SCAM!!
Taken the money, nothing ever sent, I contacted after a fortnight, this was response:
I’m emailing you about your your with us at DesignX, we’ve had some trouble with linking our online orders to our wearhouse system, causing orders to be placed longer than usual. We’ve just received news that this issue has now been fixed and your order is now being processed and on its way. You should be receiving email about this shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope this doesn’t stop your decision to shop with us again.

That response was now another fortnight ago, since then other emails have been ignored.
So forced to proceed with a refund PayPal claim.
Will hopefully conclude and reimburse within 8 weeks of the original purchase payment.
Absolute waste of time.
