Sent clothes back for a refund and haven't received it or heard anything from the company or received a response from my emails. If someone could please get back to me!

I was very impressed with the quality of the clothes. It also came on time given I live in UAE. Looking forward to purchasing more.

Delivery was fast and I absolutely love the quality of the material, it is exactly as shown on the picture. The bottom was a good fit but the top was a little too big. I wish we had an option of choosing the size of bottom and top separately, that way we'll have a perfect fit up and down. Overall it was a lovely shopping experience.

I don't know why my item took over two weeks to turn up.

I sent a message to customer service and exchanging my purchase for a black instead of the graphite grey colour i bought which i dont like but its been no response from them till now. I have bought from them before and no issues but now that I know that refund and exchange is not possible, I definitely will not buy from them anymore.
