I bought a Yard Force mains powered pressure washer. It didn't work on first use so I set up an account with them to get access to support. Then I filled out a ticket and expected to wait the usual 48 hours for a pointless response. They EMAILED ME BACK WITHIN 2 MINUTES. Turns out it was user error, they got me sorted in a jiffy. Excellent support and I'm really pleased with my purchase. It's a great piece of kit, compact AND does the job really well. Thanks Hugo and Nicky.

The battery for my cordless mower was not charging fully and therefore did not achieve the stated run time. The company's service/customer support is I think managed by a 3rd party. They were a little difficult to contact at first but eventually I did speak to someone helpful and after a little to-ing and fro-ing by emails a replacement battery has been supplied. The battery was within its one year warranty so this is only fair. Nonetheless the company did honour the warranty.

Absolutely shocking product. The battery life is awful. DO NOT BUY. We purchased a mower last year, battery life ran out. Bought a new battery this year for €70 and now four months later the battery isn’t working again. Contacted Yard force they blatantly couldn’t care less. AVOID at all costs

I used the jet wash to clean two cars. Much easier to used than the Karcher, as fewer linkages to manage. Handy size and weight, enough power to remove dirt. Small enough to store when out of use.

Admin inquiry was handled politely and efficiently. Prompt delivery to the requested place. Well packed. Assembly instructions are reasonable to follow but could be in a larger font. First tests good and machines lighter to handle than similar petrol ones. Need a period of normal use to give any further comment.

As an older person who cannot hump a mower about anymore I purchased a Yardforce 300rbs I have to say it worked great for a few months but decided one day to stop working I contacted Yardforce to be told that I had to return my mower for repair they even gave me a company that would supply me a box to transport it to them (at the cost of £23) I did as they suggest but on the day of collection arranged by Yardforce the currier didn't turn up several emails later still nothing so if your reading this Yardforce shame on you as these mowers aren't cheap there was no facility to give them no stars or I would have do not buy from Yardforce. I sent the mower back to yardforce at my expence they had it a few days then returned it at first it refused to work but the old trick of turning it off then back on again has seemed to work anyway all good for now fingers crossed thank you to Jack who helped me know end

Have subsequently found out that it is possible to buy a battery and charger for this hedge trimmer. Buying these separately to the trimmer is of course much more costly. Have returned the product and just received a refund.

I really wish I'd read the reviews here before I bought anything from Yardforce. Terrible products, terrible support. Bought a robomower. Worked fine for a few weeks (but the controls and app don't really work). Contacted Yardforce support and got the worst services ever. 4 months of back and forth on emails, Shipped the mower back to them twice. Yardforce returned the mower back to me broken each time. Avoid Yardforce. Useless company.

The installation guidelines do not result in a working product. You should ignore the 30cm boundary suggestion entirely. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the EasyMow 260b now six times over two years to get a good outcome. And even then, whether or not the mower works is less than 1 in 10 tries. The mower just screeches the same way whether it's a "ok, 3hours let's go!" Or "there is a secret problem and I'm not telling you what it is". The app is useless.
Avoid this company. I bought two EasyMow 260bs off amazon (£800 total spend) and I wish I hadnt.
Only leaving this review now because... again... one of my two mowers is screeching and not doing anything. I've only just replaced the entire boundary wire for that unit again, so that isnt the problem. Feels like the company did not test this product before selling it.
I have emailed the company several times over the last year+ of EasyMow 260b ownership and get slow replies sending me to their vague FAQ.

It's not even possible to buy a battery for one of their hedge trimmers from their website. If you send a request for what you want they don't even reply. I shouldn't even need to do this but false advertising told me I could use the same battery type from a Yardforce lawnmower on this Yardforce hedge trimmer. Buying the battery separately has a 900% mark up, or it would have if I could actually buy one.

I bought a 300rbs robot mower. Worked reallly well until it died completely after 6 weeks. Outside of the returns window of Amazon I was forced down the route of going via yardforce via warranty. Trying to actually get resolution is nothing but hard work. Appalling service from Yard Force and their UK distributor CoreService. They hide behind unhelpful emails and no-one relevant is reachable by phone. After weeks of emails it did eventually go back but as It turned out that when they recieved the product back they did nothing as it was working and simply returned it back. Two weeks later it has now died again. Product likely has an intermittent fault caused possibly by moisture but is now nothing more than a pretty brick. now I’m back in the same email tennis loop. I cant believe that a company selling such high value items can operate in this manner. surely any reputable company would have a contact number or exchange policy in place for defunct products? My advice is DO NOT purchase anything from this company.
My last email from Hugo indicated that they would look to replace but yet to hear anything else. the rate it takes them to respond is truly woeful and generally unhelpful. I will keep pursing the use of a robot mower but I can categorically say that it won’t be made by yardforce. The same goes for any other product. I hope this helps

I purchased a robot mower compact 300 RBS, and it was delivered to me a week ago. The mower was correctly set up but wouldn’t leave the docking station. We checked that the boundary wire was intact and installed properly (which it was), but where the boundary wire plugs in, it’s not recognising the connection. I had initially wanted to get a replacement, but after receiving a diabolical non existent service, I have decided I’d rather get a refund and look at the trust pilot reviews before buying another make. I have called their call centre several times, only to be told they’ll send a message to the technical dept and I’m still waiting for the call!
I received one ‘chat’ response asking me a couple of questions and I replied immediately and no response after that, even though I’ve gone through again to get back in touch with someone who supposedly wants to help me !
What’s going on yard force?
Don’t you want to give a good service? Everyone knows that repeat and referrals are the best business!
I want a refund and I need a response to this message PLEASE !

I am pleased to finally see a response from Yard force and will definitely put an update on trust pilot as soon as I receive a full refund.
I eventually managed to make contact with yard force and they collected the robot mower from me today. They say I will receive my refund within 3 working days, so I am expecting it back in my account by no later than Thursday next week 17th August 2023.
Once I have received it, I will return to trust pilot to update my review.
BTW …… I gave all of the details yard force are requesting when I called their customer service line (numerous times)
As said previously… diabolical service.
Let’s see how quickly they refund me.

Excellent mower. Very easy to use, light and easy to manoeuvre. Quick and easy to start and change the cutting height. Quick to charge. Have a 40sqm garden - One charge lasted for 5 cuts. Good bye petrol mowers.

Been going round in circles now for weeks. Been promised a replacement lawnmower for the faulty one I returned but nothing.
Yard force have now returned the original mower to me once I put them in touch with a local courier. I hope the repair lasts and I get some use from it.
After going round in circles they have now refunded the cost of the mower. April 2024

Robot lawnmower defective after three years. The store I bought this from no longer exists. Contacted Merotec and sent several emails (Ticket#771414020) but unfortunately no further answer. After sales service is useless.
