Speedy delivery. Great mower. Previously had a corded electric mower and had a few near misses with the cord. Cordless so effortless and it makes stripes on the lawn. Very pleased
My Yard Force 400Ris was bought on Amazon, and considering the price (400 Euro) works fine, but some improvements are possible. The first one is the quality of the tires. Often, original tires cannot grant the needed controls on all surfaces. I was forced to add external stainless steel Traction Wheels, and now things work really better the robot has very few slips. Also, the algorithm used to cut the borders can be greatly improved. The app has been updated a couple of times, and it is improving a little. I had no problems with the configuration and connection to the wifi.
The quality of the mower is way above the level of others I considered. Very happy.

Yardforce LT C25 is brilliantly designed and lightweight, which makes it easy for me, (a 67 year old), to use. I'd have liked Yardforce to have a dedicated telephone contact line, but the email service is excellent and you are given a ticket number. I was surprised to learn that they don't seem to have a part number for a replacement spool and line. I had to use ones from a different make. However, they are the correct size and do work. You can extend the warranty for another year by registering early. Very pleased with it and would certainly recommend it to potential buyers, without hesitation.

Brought a robot mower 3 years ago a 300RBS . A brilliant mower but now the battery is not charging and I can not get a replacement anywhere ( battery or charger ). I’m willing to buy one but had no luck , even on the yardforce website . So if you want to buy a robot mower make sure you can get parts easy Because I’m back on my £36 fly mower from Wickes
So over all mower is good but to expensive for only a few years usage. Getting parts from the company or anywhere rubbish

Yard Force should offer a UK phone line for aftersales support. I want to buy a replacement bolt for one of the cutter blades - it sheared off when the mower hit a wooden plank. I can buy replacement blades, but not bolts. I have put in an email complaint to the supplier and have been given a ticket on an Austrian web site but they have not replied.....

Mower has been great. However, had an issue as it stopped working, went onto Yardforce website, ‘live chat’ timed out so I emailed, got a reply saying they have sent up a ticket number for my problem.
Had no update so logged on to view ticket, and it now says ticket number not recognised?!?? With no phone number to contact them, I am now at a loss as to what to do. A shame, as love the product but hate the customer service.

Just to clarify, the cordless lawnmower product I bought from Yard Force (via Amazon) in March 2022 is good, and I'm very pleased with it.
The Yard Force Customer Service on the other hand, is almost non-existent, and managed with neolithic incompetence, with a team of people who don't know what they are doing, how to resolve issues, or have any regard for the frustration, stress, time, effort and cost, they are causing to their customers.
In summary.
My YF GR40v battery charger decided to quit working. Decided it would be best to just replace it with a new one directly from Yard Force, with a stated delivery of 5-12 working days. Ordered, paid for, done, dusted, easy.
After 5 weeks of waiting, tracking, trying to get in touch via phone (forget it), online chatbot (useless), a polite, but certainly 'to the point' message was left on the unresponsive chatbot, which invoked an email response from customer service, to say very sorry, and my charger will be delivered by the end of the week. It was delivered as stated, but was completely the wrong item, for a totally different product.
I guess you can only imagine my feelings at this point. So, following one final email back to the same Customer Service contacts I now had, who have never responded since, after 7 weeks of waiting, the correct charger finally arrived.
In conclusion to this review, during the 7 weeks of waiting, I still had to mow the lawns, which were growing rapidly into forests, so I purchased a new 'British Made and manufactured' (& by Royal appointment) cordless lawnmower from a local supplier. A little pricier, but worth it for total peace of mind.
Since then, Yard Force have apologized for my recent experience, and have sent me a new set of lawnmower blades as compensation.

Needed customer support so messaged them via business chat through their official Facebook page. Received this message "Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible." Waited a week and asked for an update then received the exact same message again. They are simply not even responding, worst customer service I have ever seen.

I wish I could give zero stars. Moreover, I wish had read these reviews beforehand. Those reading this, please don't ignore others' experiences.
Firstly, all the customer service is over emails, no phone, no live chat. Email responses are also slow, and many times they react without checking the history, so work on old message that creates lot of confusion and more work.
I had ordered brand new grass trimmer that was delivered in 2-3 days after placing the order, which is good. But I then found that someone had already opened the box that was actually torn and taped, and tried to assemble it. This is not what I expect when I place an order for a brand new product and pay accordingly.
I then tried to contact their customer service for a return and refund, it took some efforts, but finally a courier collected it. I am since then chasing them for a confirmation that they received it and when can I get my money back.
In response to this, firstly I received another email that was reply to an old email informing me that they are arranging the collection. I sent them the details of the courier who had collected it, and received a response that their system does not show that the courier was arranged for.
And next day another email informing me that their repair centre had received the product !! I have now informed them again that I am not looking for a repaired product when I paid for a brand new one and have already asked for a refund on numerous occasions. Waiting to hear back ... why can't they use other means to communicate more effectively??

Update on 24-Aug-2023 - In response to the review as above, YardForce customer contacted me in the 3rd week of June. I appreciate the support from them. But it still took another 3 weeks to process the refund. As a goodwill gesture they offered me a gift voucher. I appreciate the gesture, but also suggest that they need to improve the overall customer service so people do not need to work on the back of the reviews.

Appalling service from Yard Force and their UK distributor CoreService. I bought the LMT-46 battery-operated mower from them in Nov 2020 (still within its 3 year warranty) and immediately had issues with the battery run-time, which was way less than advertised. It turns out the mower was soon after discontinued, as were the batteries, even though they repeatedly palmed me off saying they’d be back in stock soon. They never were, and the next-generation batteries are not compatible with my mower. So they knowingly sold me an end-of-line mower, with no possibility of replacement batteries, which I believe is unlawful. Having pointed this out to their support team, they say they cannot help. I’m beginning to think Yard Force and CoreService is a scam outfit. They hide behind unhelpful emails and no-one relevant is reachable by phone. I can’t be the first person to have this problem - surely any reputable company would have an exchange policy in place for defunct products? My advice is DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

Unable to get through to any customer service. I purchased a 300RBS last May and applied for 2+1 warranty. Before 12 months was up, my mower has failed to charge and the control panel fails to accept any input. Tried to get through to Yardforce to find out what the problem could be but no response. Never had this issue with Worx Landroid, they responded immediately and returned my mower within days full repaired. Buy Worx not Yardforce this is my message.
Replied to Yardforces message and put a ticket again to core services only to find after about 8hrs the ticket was wiped from the server. My opinion stands Yardforce does not honor its warranty and is definatly not a business that you can trust no matter what others say on Trustpilot.

Bought a cordless Yardforce 3 years ago - The battery won't clip down properly into the housing anymore. Do you think I can find a number to speak to somebody or an email ?- no, The one supplied takes you to a German site !- So a new battery ( if it is the problem) is £60 plus - think i'll just go with a new brand from a company that actually bothers to look after you.
Update - suddenly Yardforce want to speak to me - too late ! as I have bought a flymo which is half the weight and cuts through wet grass without clogging up !
