I had already used Vevor for self…

I had already used Vevor for self adhesive carpet tiles last year and was thrilled with the quality, price and customer service.
It was a no brainer to use them again for a bigger project and they didn't disappoint.
Highly recommend them.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Dropped my courier at wrong place. Customer service not responsive at all no phone number to call. Only chat available. Spent nearly 8hours to rectify still not resolved.

Worst never ever will order from these guys. Stay away.

After waiting for long and plenty email communication received the refunds.

If there is a customer service number where we can speak would have resolved this lot easier.

Prompt Delivery and Easy Install. Functions well.

Prompt Delivery. Well packaged, although perhaps they could use an alternative to polystyrene.
Detailed instructions provided and very easy to install.
Easy online e-Warranty registration process, but ideally should generate a PDF instead of the email as the formatting is not great for saving.
The hose itself, functions well and is easy to pull out and retract.

I’ve been trying to resolve a delivery…

I’ve been trying to resolve a delivery issue with the seller since April 2nd, but unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved. The parcel was clearly left by the delivery company in an unsafe location—on the street, right next to a school and a pub. This is clearly the fault of the delivery company, yet the seller has not taken proper action to help resolve the situation. It’s been a really long time, and I’m still waiting. Very disappointing experience so far. Let’s see what happens next.

Great prices, products and delivery

Great prices, products and delivery. Only let down by DPD who gave me a timeslot of 21:00-22:00 but failed to deliver until the following lunchtime.
STILL received a couple of days earlier than anticipated. Evri and RM delivered as informed (same day DPD should have originally).
