I give 5 stars because I know the quality of the Toonzshop products and I bought stuff also in the past.
BUT... what I bought didn't arrive for Xmas. the package has been stuck at the sorting hub for several days and it is still there. and this because of the horrible BRT.IT that has to be banned in all the world because it is just not able to work professionally. I have had lots of problems in the years with them and they still go on creating troubles. DON'T USE ANY SERVICE THAT INVOLVES THEM!

We’d like to reassure you that your order was indeed shipped and is on its way. According to the latest tracking update, your parcel was scanned near Munich on December 23rd, which confirms that it is progressing through the delivery network.
In December, severe snowstorms affected Germany and neighboring regions, including Bavaria and areas close to Austria. These extreme weather conditions caused significant disruptions to both air and ground transportation, leading to delays across postal and logistics networks during an already very busy holiday period.
On top of the exceptional Christmas traffic, the French national postal services were affected by a major cyberattack, which temporarily disrupted tracking platforms and information systems across postal services and even some banks. For several days, tracking links were either unavailable or not updating correctly, which likely explains why the links in your emails did not work.
I fully understand how stressful it feels to have limited information about your order. Please rest assured that once the tracking systems were restored, updates started appearing again, as is now the case for your shipment.

I havent received my order
I havent received my order. It was lost during the shipping, DPD is the most unreliable courier company on the market, and now i have to run after the package.I cannot reach anybody, they are not answering any email. This would have been a christmas gift, so i am very disappointed. I paid for the package in advance, it is so unfair that in such cases it is my risk to fight with a multinational company.

We don’t have control over the courier once the parcel is shipped, but we do open claims, follow up with DPD, and look for solutions together with you when an issue occurs.

My dress is soft, and well made, the color is stunning (forest green, Eowyn). My witch cardigan is beautiful, I got the blue. I absolutely love the hoodie in forest green. And the belt is lovely. Though, don’t wear it out dancing. 2/4 of the metal chains broke from catching on my fingers. 🫠
