Better than killstar / disturbia experience

I review on everything beside washing experience that hasn't happened yet.
Perfect fit, size chart is correct.
Quality prize ratio correct.
Transport communication and experience OK but could be better, not business fault.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry for the worry and frustration this situation is causing, I completely understand how upsetting it is to see a parcel marked as delivered when you haven’t received it yet.
According to the tracking information, the carrier has confirmed delivery at the address provided, which is why Delphine from our customer service team first suggested checking with neighbors or nearby mailboxes. Unfortunately, it does sometimes happen that parcels are left in the wrong box. At the same time, she has already opened an official investigation with the carrier to understand exactly what happened during the delivery.
I want to reassure you that we absolutely do not leave our customers without a solution. These investigations can take a little over two weeks, which I know feels long, but it’s a necessary step to determine responsibility and next actions.

I give 5 stars because I know the…

I give 5 stars because I know the quality of the Toonzshop products and I bought stuff also in the past.
BUT... what I bought didn't arrive for Xmas. the package has been stuck at the sorting hub for several days and it is still there. and this because of the horrible BRT.IT that has to be banned in all the world because it is just not able to work professionally. I have had lots of problems in the years with them and they still go on creating troubles. DON'T USE ANY SERVICE THAT INVOLVES THEM!

We’d like to reassure you that your order was indeed shipped and is on its way. According to the latest tracking update, your parcel was scanned near Munich on December 23rd, which confirms that it is progressing through the delivery network.
In December, severe snowstorms affected Germany and neighboring regions, including Bavaria and areas close to Austria. These extreme weather conditions caused significant disruptions to both air and ground transportation, leading to delays across postal and logistics networks during an already very busy holiday period.
On top of the exceptional Christmas traffic, the French national postal services were affected by a major cyberattack, which temporarily disrupted tracking platforms and information systems across postal services and even some banks. For several days, tracking links were either unavailable or not updating correctly, which likely explains why the links in your emails did not work.
I fully understand how stressful it feels to have limited information about your order. Please rest assured that once the tracking systems were restored, updates started appearing again, as is now the case for your shipment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this exceptional situation. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation.
