Lying about delivery
Not fit for purpose on their delivery. I paid £10 for a year's unlimited next day delivery. I placed an order on Monday and nothing has arrived. This is false and misleading information and should be dealt with legally. I want a full refund plus the £10 delivery fee or I'm taking them to the small claims court. Don't put up with these scam companies, they're unprofessional and clearly lie to customers.

Sarah in customer services was very helpful when I had a mix up with my order. Customs charges had been applied in error via DHL and once I notified customer services I had an immediate resolution. I hadn't even finished with my other emails when I got notification of my incoming refund from my bank. Very happy with the prompt response and speedy remedy. It's the first time I've had any issues with delivery and based on interactions I'm happy to continue with future deliveries.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication. They changed their warehouses leading to significant shipping delays. They would have known about these delays and should have warned customers prior to checkout. Extremely duplicitous, but good range of products. Proceed at your own risk.
Exchange not fufilled for a faulty item
I went into the store in Exeter and was served by a lovely girl who orderd me a perfume for home delivery. When I recieved this item the product was faulty.
I got in touch with customer service and they issued an exchange, so I sent my item back next day. This was over 3 weeks ago, I still have not recieved a replacement for a an item that was sent to me faulty. I have now been informed that it is out of stock and that I am to wait a further 4 weeks to wait to recieve a replcement, only if they recieve stock by then.
How is it acceptable to drag out an exchange for 7+ weeks without an option given to me for a refund. I have chased customer service frequently to recieve copy and paste responses everytime. I am shocked at the level of service I am recieving. I have ordered from SpaceNK previously and never had an issue but from reading other reviews something is seriously going wrong at the moment. Avoid if possible

Sephora is better
Sephora is better, placed an order online. The shower oil leaked all over. I filled in the form, it didnt have an option for damaged deliveries so i put problem with delivery. They sent me an email saying they had delays in the warehouse. I still have a damaged shower oil. Been on hold for 45 minutes at this point and still no answer. Ive had 1 damaged order from Sephora, called them and sent me a replacement order the next day. This is a birthday present for my sisters 21st on Saturday.
If you cant handle the orders, stop taking peoples money or hire more warehouse staff. Its basic business, you're a middle man its not hard to get it right!.
Joke of a company, you’ll be waiting weeks for your order…
Have been waiting three weeks now for my order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days from ordering. I emailed after a week and received a generic response saying there were delays to delivery due to something about their warehouse. Honestly a joke, especially after paying extra for delivery. Order from LookFantastic or CultBeauty instead, Spake NK is a joke and their customer service abysmal, never using them again.

I had an issue with a product that I had bought 6months previously but only recently opened. I was clearly well outwith my return window and as such when enquiring I wasn’t expecting much especially after a poor discussion with a different beauty retailer recently. David helped me and couldn’t be more helpful. He believed me and then credited my Ndulge account with the full amount. This is more than I was expecting and having such a genuinely simple interaction was a joy. Thank you! SpaceNK retains its title as best beauty retailer!!
Over a month delay in dispatching orders and you are still taking orders
I made a order for my holiday only to find out today i wont be getting it, they are one month at least behind with dispatching goods , states on a generic email , they arent answering any calls , text , live chat and whatsap all down.
No answers , waisted my money on stuff i could have got elsewhere for my holiday. I will think twice now before using this web site again. There could have been a warning at least the company was in trouble.
Customer service terrible…
I ordered two particular hand creams and they sent the wrong ones so I sent them back and ordered two more of the correct ones, then I get a message saying they’ll refund just one as the other had been used( which it hadn’t!, just smelled!) they sent me an E-gift voucher for £10 and a refund for the other £10 but trying to order something using the number I was given several times I got nowhere, trying to contact them is near impossible!.
All I want to do is spend the voucher !!!!

Premium Price, Budget Service
I paid for a yearly next-day delivery service, which I’ve barely used as Sephora always cheaper, but needed this time to send a gift for a friend’s daughter to arrive today.
The website still clearly states that if you order before 7pm, it will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery. I ordered at 4pm based on that.
The order still hasn’t been shipped. After a 15 minute wait customer service told me they’ve stopped next-day delivery due to warehouse issues, but there’s nothing on the website saying this has changed or that yearly pass customers are no longer guaranteed next-day delivery. It’s still actively advertised.
It may not even be shipped today! So what exactly did I pay for?
There was no warning or notification, just misleading information still live on the site. The gift won’t arrive on time, and may not even arrive tomorrow.
Honestly, it’s beyond poor and misleading. I wouldn’t rely on it if you actually need something delivered when they say it will be.
Can I please be refunded for the next day delivery you don’t actually do?

Been waiting for 6 weeks for my girlfriends order. Been fobbed off with the same excuse every single week.
Won’t even offer me a refund after I have purchased something else to replace the present from an actual reputable company.
Space NK’s emails are saying they will still process my order despite being 6 weeks late even though I’ve told them it isn’t needed anymore so it will simply be sent back.

Disappointing service
Ordered on 22 May and the website advertised a 2-5 working day delivery timescale. It's been over 2 weeks now and still no confirmation of when it'll be dispatched.
I've emailed their customer service and they started off quite polite and apologetic, but eventually stopped responding entirely. Phone number and online chat don't work apparently and they've now updated their estimated delivery timeline on the website to 7-10 working days, which is still less time than what we've been waiting.
Sad to say it's among one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while and gift didn't arrive in time for wife's birthday. Will not even consider ordering from this company again in the future given the complete lack of transparency. Still waiting and considering raising a charge back with my bank if there are no responses (which seems to be what they've been ordered to do). Poorly run
