The strummer mower did not come up to…
The strummer mower did not come up to expectations. As a long term user of Roy I products. And having seen your promotional video led me to add the strummer mower to my collection. But it is not as great as described. It’s difficult to manoeuvre it does not cut very low. It leaves a lot of distance between fence and cut. It only moves back and forth have to do a lot of lifting to re position it and I’m not sure how long the handle connection will last as lifting the wheelbase with the strummer handle makes a creaky noise.
The strummer unit is excellent and cuts better than the smaller Ryobi I already have.
But the wheeled base is very disappointing.
Shame you did not make a base for the RY18LT23A then I would not have had two strummers in the shed. Just like to say All your other products battery and petrol are Excellent
