Great tools!!

Great tools with an excellent supporting power system. With more than one battery I don’t worry if the job takes longer than planned.

Awful Customer Care

Took 5 days for mower to arrive and when the boxed was opened, straightaway I could see damage to foam on the left handle (in 2 places) - clearly no quality assurance in packing?
Telephoned on Tues, after BH weekend and was asked to email over the photos in an and confirm the item is unused and shall be returned in original box and packaging. Collected by DPD and WHEN its recieved back at their warehouse, a replacement will be sent out to me?
It's now 11 May, I've not heard anything and I'm still waiting; whilst the grass is now exceptionally long. Much longer and I'll have to pay someone to come and cut it!
I wont purchase from RYOBI again.
