A great experience
Hi folks, I got an MSi infinite A 8RC case, and found it was missing propriety cables, so I contacted them for some spares - not expecting much, probably to pay through the nose for the parts - and they sent me a full set of cables ,and a spare optical drive for the case and a few other goodies (pen drive etc) AT NO CHARGE. Top service from the MSI UK spares team!

Helped me with getting a replacement battery for my GS65 (there are so many fake ripoff batteries from China on the internet). The process took a while and the battery was not cheap, but the customer services gave me regular updates and I was happy with their service.

A Great Graphics Card
I added a GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GAMING X from MSI to my grandsons gaming destop pc. The results were truly amazing and the games so much more engrossing. He is happy and I am happy, MSi have always been at the top of my list for computer kit
Had a great experience all round
Had a great experience all round. It took some time to get from start to finish in returning my faulty GPU, inspected and replaced but all in I am extremely happy with the way it was handled. This is why I use majority MSI parts in my PC!
High Quality Products and Effective Customer Support
I have had the MSI Gaming Pro Carbon B450 motherboard for 2-2.5 years and has worked very smoothly. Recently, (as it has built in wifi) the wifi stopped working in it.
I contacted customer support and although it took a couple of weeks to get it fully fixed (due to working times) were very helpful and managed to solve an issue I didn't think was possible to fix! Ender was my first point of contact and he as dedicated and very helpful in resolving the issue!! I even received some merchandise at the end of it!
Overall, I would recommend their products and their business as their products are high quality and their customer support team is helpful and responsive.

GK-701 Keyboard key repeating
I recently had an issue with a GK-701 MSI keyboard, the issue was when I pressed any key (where's the any key I hear you say Doh!) it would repeat the keystroke between 5 and 30 times, this as you can imagine was very annoying. It looked like the keyboard had somehow stored a macro which repeated the keystroke, but I could find no information online or in the user manual for the keyboard to say how to check and remove. This is when I contacted the MSI UK Technical Support (email available on the MSI website) for assistance, they took a little time to but that was ok, I was just a random person and my product was out of warranty, however, when they did respond that's when the magic happened.
Ender was my tech support contact and I can only say he was amazing, he was very polite and provided very clear instructions to help diagnose the issue, then once the issue was understood he again provided clear instructions on how to resolve the problem (these steps were not included in the user manual).
Ender saved me spending many £££'s on a replacement, I cannot praise him enough.
For anyone with the same issue, the method for clearing a profile is:
1. press FN+F11 -> press the macro key for profile 1
2. long press FN + ESC for 3 seconds
Finally, if you look up the meaning of the name Ender you will find it means 'Very Rare' and I can say that he certainly is.
DO NOT BUY MSI
So I spent £2000 on a MSI laptop only for the ethernet port to die within 2 months!
MSI ignoring official compaint and in warranty replacement laptop
I've been chasing down a issue with a laptop replacement authorised via MSI and Currys for months. MSI have actively refused to respond to any emails.
This has now left thousands of pounds worth of laptop damaged that was under warranty and they are choosing to ignore it. What they said they would do has not been done. We then go around in constant circles adding to the blame game between them and Currys.
I've given MSI plenty of opportunities to resolve this and cc'd in all the relevant MSI emails, MSI DPS as well as others.
Needless to say the past few months have been completely silent and not one single response has been given, not even an apology.

I am now a Loyal MSI customer after what I experienced was simply amazing customer service from MSI UK support and Ender (Service Manager).
I purchased a MSI Ventus 3080 OC in April for a good price but found on delivery the backplate had cracked due to movement during shipping.
I was distraught but reached out to MSI UK support and Ender- they both put my mind at ease and reassured me that MSI will send a replacement backplate. I’m technically fine with replacing parts so actually it went really well a few days later when I received the backplate.
I also stripped a screw and with yet again amazing dedication and customer service, Ender sent a replacement screw so that I could replace the stripped one.
What can I say? MSI- you have a dedicated and great customer focused individual managing your service department- a credit

5120x2160 display
I have had a display problem using an MSI wide screen and a P100X computer, my aim was to achieve 5120x2160 resolution, after trying to solve this myself I contacted MSI support and they gave excellent and fast service, the best I have ever had from any support team, so full marks to them.
RTX 3080 broken backplate
Received my RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio with a broke backplate. After contacting MSI via Facebook I was given and email for the UK support and once I emailed them I got a new backplate in the post a few days later, shout out to Ender for the great job, you're a hero!
Replacement GC30 Dongle
I couldn't find the wireless dongle for my GC30, so I contacted MSI. They were incredibly good in find a dongle for me and posting it to me in Portugal, all without any obligation to do so. FANTASTIC support.
Thankful for these guys
I had a pretty horrendous experience with the global MSI team, monitor could not be mounted and the website does not sell the mounting kit. Finally after being passed from pillar to post these guys posted me the kit for free so I can't fault this particular section of MSI.
The keyring and little dragon figure included was a nice touch and brought a smile to my face

Refused to repair and said it was my fault damaged had occurred in transit for sending a product with insufficient packaging.
I WOULD NOT NEED TO SEND IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOUR MONITORS WERE UP TO STANDARD.

Problem solved, very satisfied with the outcome
My graphics card was causing the VGA error light on my motherboard to light up, the whole rig was a new build. I explained what I had already done to try and solve the problem, I knew it was a graphics card issue, after following the service rep's directions we quickly diagnosed the problem as being the use of a riser cable to connect the card to the mobo, after using an old graphics card to allow me to see the bios, I changed the PCIe setting to the previous gen version and the new card now works.
The rep was clear and gave straightforward instructions. Very happy with the resolution.

Beyond disappointed
Disgraceful customer service they kept closing my tickets saying I hadn’t responded despite responding multiple times within a day.
In the past they also claimed that my laptop was water damaged and refused to fix a keyboard issue which I later found out is a fault with their devices.
Beyond disappointed.
Don't believe the bad rep
MSI have been wonderful, solved all my issues in quick-ish time.
They even threw in some Merch which is a great thing considering everything i have been through.
MEG X570 Unify
The things that i liked the most about the X570 Unify were the bios button and the onboard wifi. I also felt that there were so many guides online for building a pc for this motherboard, I was not too stressed out with getting everything together to work with it. Yes I needed to buy a soundcard to come with it and I needed to do some research to understand the M.2 slots and what have you but being able to do a bios flash without having the cpu was great and also the BIOS FLASH button helped reduce initial start up black screen panic.
MSI GE66 Raider Gaming Laptop
I bought a an MSI GE66 Raider Gaming laptop.
Brilliant machine, cannot fault it at all as it plays all the latest games without any hiccups at all. Easy to setup and use, especially with the Dragon Control Centre.
Would recommend anyone looking to get a laptop to purchase one of these.
