The IPL I ordered does not work, the fan/motor inside doesnt start when I press the green button. And after pressing it multiple times, it worked and then i pressed once on the laser button and it shut off. I'll be asking for replacement.

An Instagram ad popped up advertising a sale so I clicked. I'd been on the website before but hadn't ordered. When I saw the ad I knew it was time to bite the bullet. The website was super user friendly and I had my order in the cart and paid for in no time. Quick, clean, no fuss.

The customer service team was outstanding were able to direct me to what would fit better than what I had to order. They were very friendly and patient with me and helping me find them. That’s what I did and I’m very appreciative of that.
