Excellent product let down by a frustrating warranty process
I have been a big fan of my Eufy X10 Pro Omni and, when it was working, it was an excellent robot vacuum. Unfortunately, it developed a fault while still under warranty.
To Eufy’s credit, they accepted the warranty claim and confirmed that I would receive a brand-new replacement. However, the return process has been extremely frustrating.
I returned the robot using the fee-paid return label supplied by Eufy over three weeks ago and have proof of postage. The parcel has not reached the warehouse, and despite contacting An Post multiple times and providing proof of postage more than once, I was repeatedly asked to investigate the shipment myself.
An Post has since confirmed in writing that, because Eufy provided and paid for the return label, Eufy is the party that must open the formal investigation with An Post. This has resulted in unnecessary delays and a lot of back and forth.
Communication has also been inconsistent. At one point I was mistakenly offered a refurbished replacement before Eufy later apologised and confirmed that I would receive a brand-new replacement as originally promised.
Overall, I think Eufy makes great products, but the after-sales support and warranty process have been disappointing. I hope my case is resolved soon, but at the time of writing I have been without my robot for over three weeks while waiting for the return issue to be dealt with

UPDATE: Management confirmed working security hardware is treated as disposable e-waste
[UPDATE - AUGUST 2026]:
Following eufy’s public reply to this review promising a "proper solution to my complete satisfaction," my case was escalated to Customer Service Manager Shane.
Unfortunately, the public response was just PR. Behind closed doors, management confirmed that despite owning over 10 eufy products, no resolution, trade-in credit, or usable discount will be provided for my broken setup. Management's official position is that because the SoloCam E40 was purchased in 2022, eufy will not fix the End-of-Life (EOL) firmware bugs that cause the camera and official 2.6W solar panel to freeze up and drop offline.
Home CCTV and perimeter security are critical infrastructure built on long-term reliability and peace of mind. Security hardware should not operate on 2-to-3-year disposable smartphone upgrade cycles where background software changes silently turn functional cameras into paperweights.
As a long-term customer with 10+ devices, having management confirm that working security hardware is treated as disposable consumer e-waste—and that software support can be dropped at any time—has completely destroyed my confidence in the eufy ecosystem. Prospective buyers should be aware of this lifecycle policy before investing heavily in their ecosystem.

We have had 2 security kits from Eufy
We have had 2 security kits from Eufy. The first one lasted 4 years so because of my experience with Eufy they where always very helpful when we had an occasional problem. In February we bought a second kit again with a door chime & camara with an homebase. The home base stopped working about 10 days ago. We contacted Eufy thats when the major problems started.
We started getting emails with no contact name on them. We where being asked stupid questians . First copy of our invoice I sent it attached to an email. We had bought they system directly from Eufy in U.k We received the request for the invoice 3 times & we sent the invoice each time. Then came a request for some number off the original outside packaging does anyone keep large boxes for 5 months. We went back & informed them accordingly this went on for 3 hrs.Service is now ridiculous. I found out later that it was A. I. No human picking up the problem. We found out our selves that the homebase would not connect with the wifi. Eufy sent a free replacement home base. It was different from the original & we struggled to install it. Again no help from Eufy lots of questions & even requests for copy invoice again even after they sent the replacement without any paperwork. Eufy now are totally useless. I gave up with Eufy at this point & asked google what we needed to do to make it work. Within 2 minutes we had fixed it. Have complained to Eufy & they said when you purchase something else we will give you a discount. NOT A CHANCE OF THAT EVER HAPPENING.We have had enough of Eufy

I'd be very carefull of any product you buy from eufy. Many of their products go defective shortly after their warranty period which is a standard 1 year warranty after which they no longer cover you for. For the premium price they charge you for, you do not get a premium product or service. I have unfortunately heavily invested in the eufy eco system from having their security systems and home vaccum.
I spent nearly £800 on the eufy x10 omni, shortly after 18m the hoover stopped connecting to the wifi which eufy identified to be a motherboard issue and replaced the motherboard however upon returning the product after repair it started having new issues likely related to the new motherboard change. Their suggestion was that I buy another hoover of them at a discounted price (mind you, they over inflate prices to make you feel like youre buying a premium product) but the audacity is nothing short of scandalous.
I have had doorbell issues which I had to get replaced under warranty however since it expired, the visual quality has deteriorated.
My security system has had alot of firmware issues causing severe security concerns. This in the meantime is rectified after having to communicate with them at lengths. It does not give me hope for my security system to last after the warranty period after spending over £600 on them!

Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service
Spent 2-3 hours, putting plates up on wall, charging and connecting cameras, connecting homebase.... only to find it's been supplied with wrong brackets with ball joint.
Took ages to get through to customer services and eventually had call back.
She tried, but her language skills weren't great and she didn't seem to understand the problem.
I sent photos and video after I suggested.
This morning I was sent an email saying they are investigating further. Nothing to investigate, just send the right equipment out.
Have escalated.

Update to My Original Review – Replacement Finally Dispatched, But I Still Have Concerns
Title: Update to My Original Review – Replacement Finally Dispatched, But I Still Have Concerns
This is an update to my original review regarding my experience with the Eufy S1 Pro.
After a considerable amount of time, numerous emails, phone calls and a great deal of waiting, Eufy has now confirmed that my replacement S1 Pro has finally been dispatched. I appreciate that my case has now progressed, and I am hopeful that the replacement arrives safely and works as expected.
However, as of today, I have still been without a working vacuum cleaner for a significant period of time. According to Eufy, delivery of the replacement may still take several more working days, meaning I will have been left without the product I paid a premium price for for quite some time.
While I appreciate that a replacement has now been arranged, I still have concerns that I believe other customers should be aware of.
My original S1 Pro developed a serious fault after only five weeks of ownership and just three weeks of actual use. Since then, I have read many reviews from other S1 Pro owners describing the same fault, which naturally leaves me concerned about the long-term reliability of this model.
Because of these concerns, I asked Eufy on three separate occasions whether I could upgrade to the newer S2 Pro by paying the difference in price. Each time I was told this was not possible and that it was outside Eufy’s warranty policy.
However, in the latest email from the Customer Support Manager, I have now been told that if the same fault occurs again during my warranty period, and the S1 Pro is no longer available, Eufy will provide an equivalent or newer model as a replacement.
This has left me genuinely confused.
When my S1 Pro was unavailable only a short time ago because there was no stock available, I was told I simply had to wait until more S1 Pro units became available. I was not offered an equivalent or newer model, despite requesting one several times.
I have now asked Eufy to explain why their policy appears to be different now from what I was previously told. As a customer, I simply want to understand exactly what warranty support I can expect if this happens again.
I genuinely hope the replacement works well because, when the S1 Pro is functioning correctly, it is an excellent machine. However, after my experience and after reading similar reports from other owners, I do have concerns about whether this fault could happen again.
I hope Eufy continues to improve both the reliability of the S1 Pro and the consistency of its warranty process, as customers who invest a significant amount of money in a premium product deserve confidence that they will be supported quickly and fairly if something goes wrong.
At this stage, I am waiting for my replacement to arrive, and I sincerely hope this will finally resolve the matter.
I will continue to update this review with my experience, both positive and negative, so that other customers can make an informed decision based on how this situation progresses.

Missing items from my order!!!
Order Number: #
Order Date: 26 June 2026
I am absolutely fuming with this half baked company.
I placed an order with Eufy just before the Prime Day sales ended, i was just about to buy Eufy Wired Cam C31 2 Pack with HomeBase Mini off Amazon, but before i purchased this i decided to go on the Eufy site to see if this kit was the same price on there, it wasnt (it was £20 more if i remember right), but it also had two EufyCam C35 cameras, so for me it was a no brainer.
I decided purely because of the small extra cost of this item between Prime Day sales and Eufy site, that Eufy was the best place to get this kit as with the small price difference i was also getting two more cameras.
With then being on the site i decided, you know what ill have a look at the door bell cameras while im here, check what sales they had on them. Once again they had a great sale on these also and in the end i opted for Eufy Video Doorbell S330 which came with a homebase because the doorbell was an add on and needed a homebase 2/3.
To say i was happy with my purchase was an under statement, i saved a load of money on these sales and it was better buying from Eufy than Amazon, but ohhhh boy how i was wrong.
The parcel came through on the 30th June in a grey plastic bag, i was all excited for our new tech that was about to replace half of our Ring cameras and a new doorbell to replace our current Ring doorbell, but to our surprise all the package contained was the Eufy Video Doorbell S330 (with homebase, which is a kit) and two C31 cameras, we were missing the HomeBase Mini and two EufyCam C35 cameras.
I thought this has to be a mistake and there is a second parcel to come yet, so i checked my email and it said all items were delivered. Even though i was concerned i pleasantly got in contact with their support, thinking surely there has to be a mistake, its either coming in another parcel or wasnt actually packed? Nope according to them they were all packed into the same parcel and sent to me.
I have gone back and forth (through emails) with this useless joke of a company over the last few days since about 5 minutes after these three items were delivered, including today and i am about to lose my f**king mind.
Initially i sent a photo of the items i received and told them what was missing, they then wanted me to confirm with some SKUs they sent me for the items i purchased and i had to email them back with the one that was missing (SKU: E811042A). After a few more emails back and forth on 30/06 they said.... 'Thank you for providing your address, Steven. I've successfully arranged for a replacement of the missing eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini to be sent to you', Thought brilliant, ok the back and forth was a bit of a pain in the a** but everything is all sorted now and we are going to get our missing items. Ohhhh boy oh boy was i wrong once again.
Today (02/07) ive just had another email from Eufy (whos customer support is actually the Anker brand) where they said....'We have checked your order and confirmed that the **eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit with HBmini (SKU: E811042A)** was shipped together with the other items in a single package'.
You bloody what???
I thought ok let me pull up the Ring video doorbell camera footage for when it was delivered, they can literally see the package being delivered by the courier and see the size of our small grey parcel and easily see this parcel is considerably smaller because of these 3 missing items, you can literally see where the courier is holding the package with one hand by the larger doorbell/homebase box and a small area where the two C31 cameras are. The video is also showing the time and date of this delivery (which will match all information their end for when it was delivered), which shows a small parcel that cannot contain anymore items than the 3 i received.
In this last email they then wanted a bunch of photos of the barcodes, which i provided, my original photo sent had the items sat on top of the grey plastic bag these were sent in and in the further 5 emails i have sent (im now getting pissed off btw) i have included the video of this parcel being handed over to my wife and a photo of the 3 items in the configuration they were in the plastic bag.I have also challenged them to pack these 3 items i received on their end to prove the size of the parcel will match that of the video evidence i have of the delivery, it WILL MATCH 100%
And with now knowing Anker is a part of them, its even more of a kick in the teeth as i purchased two 145w and one 100w charger, six 200w cables and two 165w power banks on Prime day
Ive spent alot of money with Eufy and their other company Anker, feeling like a mug now.
I was recommend Eufy by family (wish i hadnt been) and i love Anker products, but i will NEVER buy either again, nor will i ever recommend them both.
NOW LOOK AT MY VIDEO EVIDENCE PROPERLY AND GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!

Poor security systems
Poor security systems, started of great now the camera aren't picking things up most day, some days it's good other terrible. I can stand right in front of the camera and walk past and it doesn't pick up (camera E30). It's hardwired so not a battery problem. Tried to change setting but the app keeps saying failed or doesn't load at all. I would not recommend this product. The front door bell doesn't pick anybody up at my front door either terrible product

Great Product terrible back office support!!!
I have been a loyal customer for years now, but over the last 2 weeks my interaction with support has been terrible for a C10 vacuum that has a sensors fault. The initial front line staff are great and helpful. However as soon as the issue had to go to the next tier whether diagnosis or shipping the responses we to have mee repeat everything already investigated by the front line or have me waited 4 days while shipping investigate carriers who have not delivered a replacement ( not focused on resolving the issue for me, more interested in their internal checks)...... still waiting a response after 2 weeks!!!
In reply it was not delivered as stated and I have been waiting again for another replacement to be sent...... I am at 3 weeks and counting, having to call every day to complain!
Update: Support management keep sending me the original replacement tracking number and saying everything is ok..... that was 12 days ago that I did not receive the package! So all I can assume is that all the subsequent calls where I was a further replacement was being sent have been ignored by the escalation managers.......... I am writing this because there is no other way to get beyond first line support, no one will talk to me or engage, other than faceless inaccurate emals.

Disgusted
Disgusted. I paid £550 for an x10 vacuum and mop robot. It has never worked for more than a few months. I’m on my 3rd base station replacement as it can’t detect there is water in the station, this is a known issue on many forums. Support refused a refund multiple times and has repeatedly talked me into a new base station. Which takes time to arrange. Now they are refusing a refund because I’m out of warranty as a result of giving them the opportunity to put it right.

Eufy x8 pro vacuum cleaner fails to…
Eufy x8 pro vacuum cleaner fails to swap to existing maps and recreates new maps every time it cleans (since the dedicated cleaning app has been integrated into the general eufy app). Makes it impossible to do selective cleaning of certain rooms or areas in the house.
So disappointing after months of effective use and clearly down to a software glitch that really should have been spotted with proper testing before roll-out. Can no longer recommend Eufy.
UPDATE TO COMPANY RESPONSE - the log mentioned is already activated and despite an email to customer services a few weeks ago there has been no response. Also poor that there is no customer services link within you app, where full details of product are already recorded against my specific customer account.

I placed an order for eufyCam S210…
I placed an order for eufyCam S210 (eufyCam 2C) + Video Doorbell S220 Add-on × 1 White / 2-Cam Kit on the 12th March.
The cameras arrived but the doorbell camera did not. Upon chasing this I was advised this item was not in stock anymore before I responded my order was cancelled and refunded £32.
Which I expressed I wasn't happy with, as I did not agree to that option.
I was advised on the 1st April I would be able to purchase this at £32 when it was back in stock.
I chased the stock on the 4th June and was advised it was in stock, when asked where I could purchase it at £32, first of all it was queried why I was asking this and who told me this information. Once clarified I was advised it was not on their website and to purchase through a different retailer and they would then match the £32 for me. Which I advised I do not trust and asked for an alternative option.
They advised me they would come back to me with an alternative option soon. Offered me a different one which I agreed to at £32.
On the 9th June they advised they were contacting the relevant department and would come back to me, I chased this up on the 11th June and the solution was the same, to buy at the price stated and they would refund the difference.
So still no doorbell camera, still no solution and promise not fulfilled.
Customer service here is terrible but products are good if they arrive!

Have a x10 omni pro robot vacuum mop…
Have a x10 omni pro robot vacuum mop from this company. The product has always been mediocre at best. I have ordered replacement parts direct from Eufy. They have never arrived, money never refunded, and I’m being given the complete runaround trying to get a refund for goods never received. It’s like dealing with a scam organisation rather than a reputable brand. Meanwhile the hoover remains even more useless than usual as I can’t replace its mop pads/ brushes etc. I can’t buy the branded parts from any other seller. Definitely avoid and go with a brand with a good reputation for aftercare.
