Consistent Experience
I have been buying regularly from Designer Exchange for a few years now. I have always been delighted with everything and the communication is excellent.
On the few occasions I have had to return (shoes not fitting) the refunds have been made promptly.
I have also sold items with them and the process has been straightforward. Delivery is super fast and packing is secure and protects the contents.

Visited the Knightsbridge London store…
Visited the Knightsbridge London store on 18th April for the first time and had a lovely experience. From entering the security were friendly, and happy, offering jovial chat.
I was given time to peruse the store with those i had entered with, without being immediately jumped upon by any sales person, something i massively appreciated.
Jean was a great sales person, very friendly and helpful, and interested in what myself and companions had to say.
My purchase was an absolute steal, and i will most definitely visit the store again!
