I've ordered a gold cross pendent set due to be delivered tommorroe Wednesday 8th July2026 got a message at 10:49 am saying it will be processed shortly i ordered it on Monday 6th July 2026 6hours later nothing processed and then just blanked me after now there not back untill 810 Thursday morning total joke and I've had a silver half iced chain last year which I've had changed since the. 7 times as it fades and turns my neck green

Ordered a necklace set and it arrived quickly internationally. The quality seems good and I really like the design.

I had a small issue with my order and after contacting customer support, they fixed it within the day.

Overall, very pleased with trying CRAFTD London and will be ordering from them again!

I got pearl necklace with silver cross for £99-00...a beautiful piece. However, lifetime guarantee? I've owned it for less than one year and it is now rolling down the road in all its glory having broken. Simply just fallen apart as I walk...no pressure just fallen apart. I don't like negative comments but what was a beautiful necklace now no longer exists.

This company were terrible to deal with. Refusing to refund me for an item I returned. Only communication is through email which I found very difficult, just going around in circles.

I've ordered from CRAFTD London several times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, one of my earrings broke, but their customer support was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks to their warranty, they're already sending me a replacement, which I really appreciate. Great customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Highly recommended!

Purchased a tiger eye bead Necklace, very nice but after 5 months the necklace wire broke.
Contacted Crafted who were very helpful and offered a credit note or Replacement, replacement was sent immediately.

I was asked to elaborate on a review I wrote but because there was no where to actually to elaborate; just a place for my name and number, I thought id try this venue..
I purchased a ring at a sale price
The ring was too small so I sent it back to exchange for a larger one..
They couldn't just exchange it, I had to repurchase..
I then had to wait for my credit which is what I would purchase the sale priced ring with..
Time passed and no credit..
Finally credit arrived less about 4.70..i paid £30 for the ring .. also..credit arrived the day after the sale finished..i personally think it all should have gone through an exchange process..instead I had to pay about £23 extra for the same ring but larger...to say the least im very disappointed with the way this was handled... I have purchased many items from this company and just tried to simply exchange ...I get about 2 adverts from Craftd per week and yet just to talk to a human to make a simple exchange is just too much work and poor communication...that was the last purchase from me unless compensated...now I am just concerned what the response will be if I have to send in something faulty..i hope it never happens... my trust in their system is not there...
Never ending story..i just got asked; yet again to elaborate. JULY 6...what a joke..I DONT THINK I CAN GET ANY CLEARER WITH MY REVIEW WITH THE REVIEW I WROTE AS TO WHY I AM DISAPPOINTED...SO IVE SUBTRACTED A STAR..ALL BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ....I LIKE THE PRODUCT NOT THE POOR SERVICE...THIS IS GETTING BEYOND RIDICULOUS..

I bought my then boyfriend (we are now engaged!) the cuban set and unfortunately the necklace did tarnish. However, customer support was really helpful and offered to replace the set for free or provide store credit. I opted for store credit as my fiancé and I plan to use the credit for a wedding band. Hopefully we just had a defective product and the new one doesn’t tarnish!! Thank you so much Kishon for your support!

Worst experience ever!I bought earrings paid premium thinking that would last long it was damaged after 2 week!I contacted them which they were pretty laid back to get back to me and lady called Chloe said would you have replacement staightaway or store credit and i said i would like a replacement and not heard from them again!A mail comes through from them saying i got £10 store credit but min spend applies £30!i mean what a joke?!you cant even call that customer service they were just not interested in solving the issue god knows i cant even get my money back now which paid £20 for just an earring!
Avoid them at all costs they just dont care and want your money nothing else!

Having purchased two bracelets, needed to return one and exchange for the larger size, simple process you’d imagine?
Wrong, took 7 days to reply, ignored my message and sent a generic reply, then took 5 more days to reply once again ignoring my message stating I was now outside the 14 days return window. Having messaged n multiple times since with generic robotic replies, absolutely no help or any level of customer service whatsoever.
Must say the produce was fine, this isn’t a cheap brand, but any issues and you’ve no chance,
So pot luck if purchasing, I for one won’t be back

I have had my Cuban necklace for over a year now. Through sweat, pools, lakes, oceans and everything inbetween, there has been no tarnishing or loss of shine. I recently purchased a Cuban bracelet to match and it has stood up to everything as well. These are great pieces and fine craftsmanship/materials. Highly recommend!

Really great - so far so good. The jewelry has weight to it and looks like I just bought it even after a few months. No complaints yet. I’ll continue to purchase their jewelry.
