I ordered a male infinity bracelet. The quality of the bracelet did not disappoint. Unfortunately the bracelet was a wee bit tight ( My fault in ordering wrong size )

I reached out to customer service to try to resolve my error...

I was contacted by Tashi and I would have to give Tashi 10 out of 10 for customer service.....

Ordered two dresses. Sizing is all over the place so needed to send one back. Thought I had done my research and although a Chinese company they seem to imply they had a UK hub (like Temu and Shein). But no, returns have to be sent back to China. However, customer service have now explained their procedure more clearly and have refunded my money. I am very happy with the dress that i was keeping anyway.

The cotton trousers are good quality and I liked the colour. I have had to reorder as I got the size wrong. I got a quick response saying for a small shipping fee they would send the right size

So far we have been pleased.
Sadly the ring didn't fit, but the offer of another one of the correct size only paying admin costs was generous

Unfortunately the bracelet I ordered was a size too big so I am in the process of arranging a smaller sized replacement bracelet.
I have advised them that the sizes displayed against the bracelets is not chronologically correct.
I await instructions as to what to do next having been advised that following instructions and completing the Feedback Card, included in the original package (unfortunately it wasn’t) was the most important first stage, hence why I am now completing this having been directed this way!!

The quality and design, of the harem pants I purchased, was very good.
I needed to exchange one pair for a different size and they have been nothing but patient with me during this trying process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great quality clothing with excellent dye condition. The customer support was also excellent.

Very happy with their outstanding customer service and high quality products. Originally I ordered the wrong size. They sent me out a new order free of charge (only postage). Also a complimentary gift as it took a while.

Ordered 3 items of clothing, which were quite nice in themselves but just didn't suit me. Website promises hassle free returns. Not so. Had to ask 3 times for return address, which turned out to be in china. It would cost around £19 to post the items there, and then get a refund (less the £6 postage on the original order). Wasn't worth the risk. What if they never arrived? I would be throwing good money after bad. In the end I accepted their offer of 10% refund (£6.10), without returning the clothes. £55 down the drain. There is nothing in this website to suggest that returns go back to China, it is described as a UK website. Don't take the risk.
Update:
Following this review the company kindly gave me a complete refund, which I very much appreciate. Have amended review to 2 x stars accordingly. Still feel it's important though that the website is transparent about the returns process. Their website states: 'We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don't worry! Our policy lasts 30 days. All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping cost.' It needs to be made clear that return postage means to China, not UK. I have spent several hours trying to sort this out!

So the product sizing was smaller than expected but 1) customer service has been very attentive, courteous and friendly and is sending a different size and 2) the product seems fairly nice. Hopefully the replacement will fit.

Buddha Stones customer care is excellent, they respond to queries and problems efficiently. The quality of their clothes is excellent too

After waiting weeks my order finally arrived. The items were of poor quality & not as described on the website.
The sizings are way out .
I am still trying to return them for a refund but this is proving difficult as they will not supply a returns address

I ordered a selection of clothing items, namely dresses and a tunic top. There was a slight delay in my order being delivered and I raised the matter with customer service. They were very prompt in responding and sent me a free gift as a means of making up for the delay. It was very much appreciated. My order arrived in individually packed bags and the clothing items are of lovely quality. I will not hesitate to place another order in the future.

Ordered on the 13/01 (more than 3 weeks ago). I have still not received anything. One item is allegedly still "in production" and the other two had their tracking status changed to "in transit" on the 31/01, 4 days after I emailed customer services on the 26/01. I kind of just want to get my money back at this point - I have waited long already and no reassurance/confirmation that my items will arrive soon.

Update: the first two items arrived and both trousers were smaller than their size. Despite me following the size guide. So, I wanted to return them. It took around 5-6 emails of 'but we can also exchange' before they finally gave me the return information. I then had to pay to send the package back which cost £23 because it needed to go all the way to China. I am then also told that they will take another £5 off what they are returning for the initial shopping cost, which was free.. So, all in all. I spent £70 on three pairs of trousers (3 for 2 deal), a month's waiting for them to arrive, find our they are not the size advised on the site, spend more than a week trying to get return information out of them and then have to pay almost £30 returning the items. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. DO NOT USE!!
