Nice people. Aggressive Sales Tactics.

The people I talked to were very nice, though the sales tactics were uncomfortably aggressive and I felt overly pressured to make a decision in the moment. The price for the initial assessment was higher than other places I later researched, and they ultimately weren't able to do much with my case due to it being an unconventional artistic portfolio career. If you have a straightforward case and you like their vibe, you might be fine. In retrospect, I would have trusted my gut and shopped around before agreeing to the initial assessment. But again, the people I talked to there were nice, well-intentioned, and helpful.

Had i known how many followers up phone…

Had i known how many followers up phone calls i would have received o would have NEVER EVER filled out the application questions and sent my email I've inundated with calls and emails iam now going to unsubscribe from this site please take me off call lust aswell

Great agency, but expensive.

The company and the people you are having a call with, are kind and help you with everything. You don't really have to do a lot, because they will do the most part.
I would love if the process would be a little bit more transparent. I knew i have to pay them for helping me with my visa, but i didn't thought it would be that expensive. Also you guys definietly need better headsets with noise canceling. It was hard to understand you sometimes.
Still everything worked out, so thank you guys!

Easy process and helpful staff

Very good advice and made the process significantly less stressful and easier to understand.

Aggressive sales tactics and very unprofessional

I had a very uncomfortable and highly unprofessional phone experience with UIS regarding a visa application.

The representative, Tasha, was extremely pushy from the start and kept insisting that I had to make a payment immediately. She repeatedly pressured me by saying that if I didn’t pay right away, I would be placed at the back of the line and that they might not even help me anymore. This felt manipulative and inappropriate.

The call ended up lasting around 30 minutes because she would barely let me speak and made it difficult to end the conversation. It felt like I was being kept on the line and pushed into a decision rather than being helped in a professional way.

When I explained that I wanted to take some time to compare options, this was not respected at all. Instead, she made me feel like this was a strange or unreasonable thing to do.

At one point, she even assumed that I didn’t want to proceed because I “didn’t have the money,” which was both incorrect and very unprofessional. On top of that, she made a comment about hearing my father in the background, which was completely irrelevant and inappropriate.

Overall, the entire interaction felt aggressive, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to be cautious of this kind of pressure.

Do it for FREE on gov.au

Took a long time and had to pay money for it. You can do it for free on the official Australian government website for FREE, and it was much faster.

hidden fees and massive upselling

I applied for subclass 417 visa and The staff are very welcoming and helpful. but what they dont tell you is the hidden fees, that theres a 350 pound eligibility check, a 1250 pound visa application fee (the standard rate for a 417 visa is about 350 gbp) and then if you want them to send it off you have to give them an extra 650 dollars. edit: id also like to add that when you attempt to call them you get no response so good luck getting a refund. this company pressures you to pay by getting you to pay a small amount then more then more, they wanted 300 pounds just to send of my files to the australian government. whatever you do stay away from this company

save your money and just do it through the government website
