Loved the shoe but am waiting on…
Loved the shoe but am waiting on exchange. This style is sized much smaller than previous style I purchased from Uin ( that style was sized bigger than my usual size). So sizing inconsistencies is an issue. Response on my exchange has been very prompt

Sheer Perfection!
This is my third pair of UIN shoes and I fall in love more each time. I have small feet, and a permanent foot injury, and can't find anything, other children's shoes, to wear in my town. Having so many choices is mind-boggling! They're so comfortable and unique. I get tons of compliments wherever I go!

No way to return faulty goods
I have bought several pairs of shoes and always been very happy. However this time my usual size came up much too small. I have emailed them now four times requesting a return address with no response. I have messaged them in there site with no response. These boots were £200 and it seem they intend to just ignore me. There is simply no way of contacting this company other than there email which they simply ignore and it’s very frustrating. I will never be using them again.
Update it’s now Oct. 31 and still they have not sent me a return address

1) LOCATION is SCAM!!!!! THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY 70 EURO FOR ONE PAIR THE CUSTOMS AT THE POST OFFICE!
2) VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ANSWER AFTER WEEKS FOR ANY COMPLAINT
3) SCAM ALERT FOR THE DELIVERY:
We ordered 2 pairs at the same time, of the same model, one for me and one for my guy, but only ONE PAIR ever arrived, after more than 40 days, and we had to go to the post office to take them and we had to pay 70 euro for customs although the shop pretended to be in the Netherlands (we were in the Netherlands too).
4) SCAM!!!! THE SECOND PAIR NEVER ARRIVED!
BE CAREFUL!!! We had this experience in the Spring of 2021

comfortable and cute
Even though I do not like most of the patterns I found a solid color bootie. It is very comforable even for walking up and down hills -just as comfortable as my running shoes. And it is so much more fun to wear than a running shoe! Please make more solid colors and monochromatic patterns!

I have very picky feet
I have very picky feet. These shoes are so comfy! I had to go up a little in size but I absolutely love the shoes! I wish you had women sizes in 12 and 13 but I was able to find unisex styles in the men’s section. High quality and absolutely comfortable! Love the design choices too!
