Disappointing Durability for the Price

I purchased these shoes 13 months ago and expected them to last much longer based on the price and the way they were marketed. Unfortunately, they began falling apart just over a year of normal use.

The sole started separating from the upper, and the materials have noticeably degraded. These shoes were not worn daily or used for heavy labor—just regular, 156 days out of 365 days work wear. For footwear advertised as well-made and durable, this level of breakdown in such a short time is unacceptable.

At this price point, I would expect shoes to hold up for several years, not barely make it past a year. I’m disappointed in the quality and would not purchase this brand again unless durability significantly improves.

2nd pair (1st one took me to the cobblestone street of Europe with ZERO foot issues)
I cat say enough about the comfort this shoe provides.

When I received the shoes, they were way too big, even though I asked for the exact same size I had before. This is what they told me……
“ Dear customer,
Sorry to hear that the shoes do not fit you well.
As the return shipping fee you need to pay from Australia to China(the nearest warehouse located) may be high and the shipping time is long.
Could you give this pair of shoes to your friend as a gift.
Then pay half of the shoes price again, and we resend you replacement shoes directly.”
Total ripoff. The shoes are expensive!!

Uin Mermaid Shoes drew compliments every time I wear them. -and they are SO comfortable! I have a difficult time finding casual shoes with good arch support, and these shoes are outstanding. They were immediately comfortable right out of the box. I walk a lot (2-5 miles in my city) and reach my destination in comfort. They sre very lightweight, sturdy, and the price quite reasonable for a shoe I rely on all the time! Many cute patterns to select from.

Onerous return policy requiring many awkward and time-consuming steps including emailing them to request a return, the requirement of sending them pictures and tracking number of return shipment on shipping. Clearly intended to discourage returns even when shoes don't fit.

The shoes didn't fit.They have jerked me around regarding my return offering money off to keep them. Who needs shoes that don't fit! And they won't refund my money for a month. Blaming it on the bank. Will not give me a person to talk to. Their business practices are unethical at a minimum and more likely illegal.

Purchased a pair of Passport Bartello II Women - Size 8 they were tight. Paid $9.95 for shipping to exchanged for the Grass Green Toledo VI Women 8.5. Even worse! Wore them one day and got black and blue on my toenails. Please do not buy these shoes they are of cheap quality and very high price. I tried exchanging but not worth it, I purchased 3 different shoes online and it was a nightmare. I gave up not ever buying UIN shoes.

Never again will I buy a pair of shoes from this company, which is very unfortunate because I really like the ones I have, and I have about 4 pair, with 3, I am unable to return. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them and request a return, but never hear back from them.

Shoes are so comfy! I have 3 pairs now!! I can wear them all day. I love how unique they are.

I just love the shoes. They are very comfortable. The sneakers are very comfortable. I love the artwork. These are now my go to shoes brand. Not only do i wear them in the hospital, but iy and about as well. I get more compliments on them. They are my second pair.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable and perfect for travel. I receive so many compliments when I wear them.

Every day mail for special offers etc. Unsubscribed and contacted the customerservice. Answer: sorry for the inconvenience etc. We've taken you of our mailinglist. But the mails are still coming. Very annoying. This is ging on for about 3 months

I have at least 10 pairs. I did have to make some returns, and I did have a problem with one pair. All were dealt with really well. The shoes have actually been transformative for my walking.
I find them quite expensive but also I love the quirky artwork!

I have several pairs and I love these shoes. Besides being fun they are comfortable and true to size. I get so many compliments when I am wearing my UIN!

I am on my third pair of these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable, and they pack so easily in my carry-on.

Love the designs and comfort. Able to wear the shoes all day!

I ordered boots last August 2 but I didn’t receive my order. The name of the online store is De uin footwear. I tried to send them emails but no reply yet. I have a feeling it’s a scam site but still waiting for response.
