BAD CUST SERVICE, FULL OF LIES AND EXTREMELY RUDE! DISGUSTED
ORDERED A CARROM BOARD & BAG. WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON FRIDAY 6TH NOV. RECEIVED SEVERAL EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES CONFIRMING DELIVERY. TOOK THE DAY OFF TO WAIT FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED. ITEM NOT ARRIVED SO I CALLED THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD MY CARROM BOARD WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY. SPOKE TO ROB WHO WAS POLITE AND APOLOGISED, BUT THEN SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICES (KATE) AND A MANAGER/DIRECTOR (NEIL) WHO WERE BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE, RAISED TONES, DIDN'T INITIALLY ACCEPT THAT IT WAS THEY'RE FAULT, TRYING TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE ASAP, TRYING TO FORCEFULLY CANCEL THE ORDER... OVERALL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. NOW I HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF AND WAIT FOR MY ORDER. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. APPALLING!

This customer ordered two separate items and the emails/texts he refers to related to one of these items that was successfully delivered on time. Unfortunately our delivery company had failed to collect the second package from our warehouse the previous day. We took full responsibility for this and apologised many times and offered to upgrade the delivery to a weekend service or deliver on any day that was convenient to our customer. Unfortunately the customer was still demanding delivery on that day which was not physically possible and became very aggressive on the telephone and would not listen to what we were trying to explain. We even offered to cancel the order and refund the customer in full if this was his preference. In the end it was agreed that we would deliver the item on Saturday and it is currently showing as out for delivery between 12.14 and 13.14.
No instructions with plastic chess board
Despite it apparently being a very simple matter to assemble the plastic outdoor chess board I purchased recently I have still not mananged to do it. I end up with 8 or so wrong handed tiles which do not fit into the 56 I have managed to assemble. Is there a correct way to do it in which case why isnt there a simple explanation of the method with the goods? Alternatively if it is so simple that only I cant complete this simple task ;why do I end up wtih incompatable tiles? Or is it possible that there are different handed tiles and i've got some wrong ones in my set? I had no intention of making this complaint believing that I would crack it eventually, but your Review invitation gives me a suitable oportunity. (and of course for you to respond). I'm perfectly happy with the goods but surely assembling the board should be either completely straightforward and obvious which I expexted, or not, in which case an instruction slip should be provided.

I bought a Carrom Board (Tournament) from Uber Games. I placed order on 30th July 2015 and it was delivered at my home address in Suffolk on 31st July 2015. Amazing speedy delivery. The quality of Carrom Board is really amazing. 5 starts for quality and service.

Garden Croquet Set UG105
I was looking for a replacement set for my 25 year set which had broken mallets and very rusty hoops.
My set arrived with free delivery including four new mallets the next day and after one week of using the new set with my wife, daughter, son in law and two grandkids I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of all the component parts. I would certainly recommend UBER games to anyone looking for a croquet set.

Good quality and service at a reasonable price
The double set of ladder golf and family croquet set arrived promptly. The only criticism I have is that the croquet set was not packed as well as it could have been and the plastic clips did not survive the rough handling in transit evidenced by the damaged packaging. Replacement metal clips were received promptly in a couple of days of notifying customer services.
