Very poor after-sales service and refusal to honor UAE consumer law.
I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Sharaf DG (Mirdif City Centre) on 21 January 2026. From the first use, the machine had extreme noise and dangerous vibration. I reported the issue immediately and requested a return and refund.
Despite clear defects and UAE consumer protection laws, Sharaf DG kept delaying, wasting time, and wrongly pushing me to the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility as the seller.
Moreover, when I failed to get any responses, I went to the store in Murdif City Center and it was the worst Customer Care I have ever seen. The branch manager rudely threatened me with the security and call the Mall Management team who were very helpful to me.
I don't know how such people practice the business in Dubai, in which the Customer comes first in all the government authorities with very polite and humble people.
With these amount of complaints, where is the Management, where is the Customer Protection team,
Completely unacceptable customer service, no accountability, and no respect for consumer rights. I do not recommend Sharaf DG, especially for large appliances where after-sales support actually matters.

I don’t advise any one to buy any electronic products from Sharaf Dg we bought a washing machine from first year it get damage and needs service ,they are not responding for the service calls even they schedule fake timings for repair ,take long time one week at least to get your washing machine back .the worst dealer I have ever dealt with with ,I advise all people to consider other dealers seriously for this bad service we faced from Sharaf dg

We called Sharaf DG 1/3/26 for Haier washing machine water leak repair. I did called Sharaf DG customer care 8 times, Haier team 4 times just to get a technician scheduling. I am getting response that technician team sent WhatsApp messages , calls ,emails we are not answering or not reachable [We do get missed call notification if we missed a call using SMS, we did not get to any of the number]. We only got call once which we missed and returned immediately no response.
I am trying to check why we need to purchase warranty if Sharaf DG can't have a proper hold on the repair team. This is really unacceptable. I don't recommend anyone buying warranty from Sharaf DG while purchasing items.

I bought a treadmill over a month ago and it has been faulty since the purchase. Customer service is abhorrent! No one responds and there’s no communication! What a terrible company! Will never buy anything from them again!

My recent experience with Sharaf DG has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a Microsoft Keyboard for Surface Pro 11 based on the product description available on their website. Unfortunately, the product explanation was so vague and misleading that it now feels like a deliberate trap to extract money from customers rather than to inform them properly.
Only after opening the package did I realize that the keyboard is not compatible with Surface Pro 11. This critical information was either missing or unclear on the product page. For a company of Sharaf DG’s size and reputation, this level of ambiguity is unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the horrible product return experience. Despite the misleading information, Sharaf DG refused to handle the return reasonably, leaving the customer to bear the consequences of their poor product listing. There was no sense of accountability, customer care, or willingness to resolve the issue fairly.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying any products online from Sharaf DG. Misleading descriptions, lack of transparency, and an unfriendly return process make the entire experience stressful and untrustworthy. This was my worst online retail experience in recent years.

don't buy any products like mobiles, laptop any electronic items from Sharaf Dg, sellers are worst and high cost and service not good, all of sudden they are not delivering the items internally they have issues with sellers and troubling customers, customer service also not good especially C.S.Representative, supervisor are too bad service, all false promises, suggesting don't buy any products from Sharaf DG.
Updating review after multiple attempt to contact customer service, and they wasted my time for last 7 days, and in the end no outcome really too bad service, and if you need more info i will disclose customer service names to whom i contact and i recorded 2 videos, will disclose the same in right place, might be in consumer c...t

Really don't know how no one in the Management team read all the negative comments and not doing anything. this is bad for business in the long run and you are losing money and new clients. we suppose to receive a TV which we bought online and they promised to deliver yesterday but till the last hour they informed us that they cannot make it. at least inform clients before so clients will not waste time waiting all day for nothing and taking day off sometimes. Very Bad experience will never shop again with Sharaf DG I'm sorry.

I bought ASUS lap top on oct 12 2025.in mall of Emirates. I gave it my cousin as a gift.he is in srilanka.so now he cannot use it due to some hardware failure.cooling fan automatically running while shut down .automatically shut down without any command.i cannot bring back to uae now.
I neee solution for that.i called many times.but no genuine respond.am really fed up.beacouse i trusted shar dj.now am helpless. My invoice nu 600 50 20 34 .
I never ever recommend to any one.its worse.

I ordered a tv online and when it came to my house it was cracked and damaged. Now it has been almost 1 week and still no action and no update for the replacement or return. Now they are blaming me as the consumer that I broke the tv and that the refund is not approved.

I bought a Dyson Vaccum cleaner almost on week ago. A piesce was missing in the box when I opended. Until today no conclusion !!! Everyday I call and ask to resolve the issue. Every day I get the same answer, can I put your call on hold for two minutes !! Then again like everyday ... I will send a pickup und when we checked the item we will send a replacement. About 10 times I asked for refund and not replacement !!! It seems like they don´t want to refund even when an order is incomplete.

Am your regular and old customer but this time you guys have given me anxiety and panic attack with your awfull service , ordered bompani washingmachine for AED1625 waited 4 or 5 days once the machine came the delivery guys 2 of them told us we will not plug in we will only leave it on floor on which i said how come so they said we are only drivers the installation is done by others and kept missbehaving on which i told them enough and they took back the machine??? i called customer service and since then now 3 days i am only calling after coming from work and they keep saying ur matter is under review ??? who will wash the cloths till then sir ??

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sharaf DG – TV Issue
Since October 10, my TV case has been delayed without any real action. Customer service keeps sending the same copy-paste reply, asking me to do tasks that are not my responsibility, like investigating building security.
Even after providing them with the building management email, they continue repeating the same message with zero progress.
Over two months, no solution, no professionalism, and no accountability.

The Poorest customer experience ever !
Staff unprofessional and unreliable. Fake promises. No Follow-up despite a formal complaint escalation. Customer service simply useless: they only have "Sorry for the inconvenience" for answer. No compensation solution offered.
After going to the store to complain physically, the duty manager mentioned a potential gift card as a goodwill gesture (which was never honoured) in case a complementary 2-year extension warranty on my TV was not possible... I got Nothing! Just Extreme Frustration and anger for being disrespected and disregarded that way!
I Completely lost trust in that brand. Will never ever shop at SharafDG again and will make sure my entourage boycott as well.

I have been in touch with Support@Sharaf DG since Sept. 2025... (Received 13 generic emails from Mr Raghuvir Singh). Pretending to care is NOT a solution. Repeating Sorry is very easy but it is NOT a Solution! And Sorry is NOT a compensation!
An apology, by itself, does not constitute compensation for a customer’s negative experience. You guys Absolutely Need To Form Yourself At What Customer Care Services Should Be. For now there are Simply None-Existent !!! And it is Really Shameful for a Landmark Business!!!
I have had a completely different customer service experience with Emax this same year... And I know now which retailer I can trust!

Dear Residents, Please do not buy any items from Sharaf DG, or if you do, make sure you thoroughly inspect the product inside and out before signing any document. You may even use binoculars to check for any scratches or dents.
They have a habit of delivering damaged or broken items to customers, and if you complain, they put the blame on the customer. Sharaf DG provides very poor service, and their sale staff is not aware of what they are selling or the specifications of the products.
Please avoid purchasing anything from Sharaf DG.
