Dodgy owners / blackmail / scam
I bought 1.5 million FC27 coins and a few days after delivery, one of their “trusted” third party sellers logged into my account and wiped all of the coins I had on my account (around 3.5 million total).
I got in contact with their help team quite easily and they were able to verify that my account did indeed get hacked and that they would be happy to give compensation. I was pretty shocked when all they offered me was 300 thousand coins in compensation. I said this wasn’t good enough and my case got escalated to the “VIP customer” support email. I went back and forth with them for a few emails and long story short they still only offered me 300 thousand coins. At this point I decided to dispute the £200 payment with my bank. A day later I received an email from a different lady on the VIP customer support email saying that they would blacklist my account unless this dispute was closed. I responded that they should go ahead and blacklist me and that I would not be ordering from their website again anyway. To this, I got a response saying that they’d be happy to give me 1.5 million coins (which I was happier to accept) on the grounds that I cancel the dispute with my bank. I said to them I will happily cancel the dispute but they kept on insisting I have to cancel it before they compensate me (I would be unable to bring the dispute back up with my bank if they were to not follow through on this promise).
At that point, they essentially blackmailed me into trying to get me to cancel my dispute. They are obviously aware that they’d be able to fight my dispute if they were to provide evidence to my bank of compensation. I obviously refused this and have kept the dispute open with my bank.
Not only did one of their third party suppliers scam me, but also, they tried the same exact thing with me!

This u7buy website has so many scammers. I bought 5 subscriptions, but only got two. Another subscription didn’t meet the requirements because it was supposed to be a private account, but it was actually being shared and used by someone else.
When I requested a refund, both the company and the seller denied it, and the company automatically sided with the seller. You will never get your refund back here. I strongly do not recommend this platform. Their policies protect the sellers, not the consumers.
