BEWARE YOU RETURN ADDRESS WILL COST MORE THAN PRODUCT
First, you will not get what you see. The Tystrap does come with the the word TYSTRAP written on the front of it. It comes totally blank. It does not come in a box; it come in a plastic envelope that you would get for Dr. Scholl's insoles. PLUS the steel clips on the side where the strap goes in...nope they don't even come close. The are half oval and no V markings. PLUS the strap is only 13 inches in length and if you have a large knee or swollen you will not be able to wear it. I tried to get my money back and return it but here is the bigger thing you NEED TO KNOW. The return address for this product: TYS

In order for me to return this through FedEx is without tracking is $159.57 (the cheapest). So, are you really going to return this product? No, Beware. I am sure there is something in Canada that we can get. I was not smart but desperate. Forget no more desperate. So now I ask questions of the vendor before I order.
Note: I was able to get a 20% refund. They really got a sucker.
Note: To return it in 30 days (yea right) you cannot wear it or even open the package otherwise you do not get a refund.
So Cannot wear it too short on strap; does not look like anything like the image on website and cost to return....omg.
