This company took an additional £38.21…

This company took an additional £38.21 even though I had authorised payment of £44.95 only. I received a confirmation that my order for ONE hot brush and payment for ONE had been taken. Then a few minutes after leaving the site, was sent a further confirmation that 2 brushes had been sent and additional payment taken. I have been asking them to refund me for several weeks. Don’t use this company.

Circle probrush is a scam

Scam their probrush is rubbish and after one email they ceased responding.
Do not buy this hairbrush it is a scam.

Don’t be fooled this is delivered by…Royal Mail

Don’t be fooled this is delivered by Royal Mail. It may well be when it gets to the uk. No update on my tracking since 7 September. Not able to cancel as in transit. As soon as I ordered offered 10% and then 15% off via email. They said they would honour the 10%. Getting the item would be a start …

UPDATE. STILL NO UPDATE. NO REFUND ISSUED DESPITE BEING OVER DELIVERY DUE DATE. NO CONTACT OTHER THAN RESPONSE TO MY CHASING EMAIL ASKING ME TO WAIT AS IT IS TRANSIT. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
