I had a few problems which marred the enjoyment of receiving a new machine, however the matter has finally now been resolved so I have updated my review

Absolutely fantastic company ordered machine late Tuesday was with us next day superb machine and staff was kind friendly and helpful 5 star rating would recommended this company to anyone looking to purchase a machine or accessories

I bought my son a juki sewing machine and table from tysew, as he in fashion university in London, he does a lot of work in his accommodation, and this juki is great, and the after care what tysew is very good,any problems my son has tysew do a video call to one of their technicians, and rajj the sales lady is great, I am very pleased with tysew, Mr John Phillips

I think one important measure of customer service is how a company resolves challenges. I hadn't heard of Tysew when I went searching for a sewing machine for my wife. I stumbled across them in a Google search and was persuaded by the price point to try the company out. When my wife opened the sewing machine on Christmas day, it fell short of our expectations. I called Tysew once they'd reopened after Christmas and spoke with Alex. The manner in which he dealt with our complaint was textbook. He was calm, empathetic and accommodating. He took the feedback onboard and even edited something in the product description on the website following our feedback. While on the phone, Alex arranged for the item to be collected by a courier the same day. He also provided some useful advice on which machines to choose. It reminded me that when you're shopping online you miss out on useful interactions like this. With Alex's help, I chose a new sewing machine and Alex arranged free next-day delivery. It arrived over breakfast. So, in less than 24 hours and as a result of a 10-minute phone call the matter was resolved, one item was collected and another was delivered. And my wife is delighted with the new sewing machine. I can't speak highly enough of the service we received.

This is one of the best companies l have delt with for price, efficiency , friendliness and found Jalpa and Raj excellent in helping me deal with a problem from DPD on delivering my machine , l cannot thank them enough for their help l would recommend this company to everyone as it was a pleasure to deal with them

tysew is a reliable place to buy sewing machine. I bought brother vr embroidery machine. Excellent customer service, always ready to support. I also received free training on how to use the machine which was really helpful.

This company is fabulous, nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone from the engineers to the staff on the end of the phone to the boss are all wonderful to deal with, I will never go anywhere else now not only for machines but also for advice and sewing sundries for my business, support them if you can they are a very special company thank you as always Lara

Don't order if you live outside England ie Scotland you have no chance of help with machines expect by video for you to fix any issues returns is also a total nitemare delivery is even worse they dump it outside your door on the street if your on your own

Igot2 faulty machines no 3 one was stolen cos they delivered it at 5.30 pm when I had no help then charged me for a replacement
Bought in July 7 still waiting on them picking up machines
They ignore emails
They also have no one outside England to do repairs if anything goes wrong waste of time money and energy

Wow! Just want to give a big thank you to Jalpa for her help and fantastic customer service! Ordered a JackA4E machine 1.30pm on Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday 10.45am. I live in Carlisle so was a bonus when I got knock on door so quick! Machine packed very well and fully assembled and ready to go! Delivery driver was great too!

Amazing service. I ordered the machine at 10pm and it was delivered midday the next day. The driver was really helpful and the machine was all set up ready to use. I am really pleased with it
