Typeform is good for response collection and has a nice design. But it's just a nightmare for analyzing survey data. They broke all the summaries and reports — different tabs show different number... See more

The way is works on a classic way is smooth, but the 2 new options to embed on a website by Tab of Floating button suck. Their support is even more worse. After some emails, video and screenshots, the keep telling me that it is in my code!?!?! But i use there standard code. The keep coming up with standard replies without reading the question and issue i got.

Good software, simple and well designed. But new pricing is ridiculously high and not adapted for SMEs

I've just had my account arbitrarily suspended for a "breach" of their T&Cs. Because we had a field on one of our forms called 'password', they assumed we were using the form to harvest passwords illegally. I wrote to explain that wasn't the case at all and we had a legitimate reason to have that field, but they wouldn't consider my argument. I've asked them to point out the part in their T&Cs justifying their decision, but they were unable to. I've just wasted a whole day creating new forms on a competitive platform (much better by the way, and cheaper). How very silly of them as I've now cancelled my £252 annual subscription with Typeform. Their loss...

Great software, easy to use and to setup. Recommended!
I upgraded to Pro so I could connect my Typeform to Facebook with their Facebook pixel integration, but this function is a scam and does not work.
You can't add the facebook pixel code to the typeform- they tell you you can simply add you FB pixe ID, but this of course does nothing. None of the support blogs help at all, and they have no chat option, so I suspect I will never hear back.

Very well made tool. Not very clear if you are in trial or not though?

I was looking forward to using the Typeform service. I happily upgraded to be able to use their survey for an online course of mine. However, once I upgraded, I discovered I'd have to take time out of my day to remove the 'trial' designation from my forms. After jumping around on the site for half an hour, it was just too difficult. Then, as I canceled my subscription (on the same day I signed up), I realized they don't offer any refunds. Very disappointed. I canceled, anyway, because this is not a customer-friendly process in the least.

I used to use Typeform at a previous company and loved it, so I started using their free plan when I set up my new company. Their free plan is so disappointing. It's crashed on multiple occasions for me, and although it gives you certain form templates when I go to publish it says I need to upgrade to publish that particular template. I've wasted 2 hours this morning setting up a form, having it crash and finally being told I couldn't publish it without upgrading to a paid plan so I've had to rebuild the whole thing in Google Forms. It's also really difficult to report an issue. If you want a free plan, I would definitely advise just sticking with Google Forms and don't waste time with Typeform.

I've been trying to get help from their support, but they never answer. I sent several messages for the last 3 weeks, none was ever answered. (Update: despite from Typeform's response below, I still haven't got any response from their support. There's no ticket number, I sent my request to support at typeform.com but got no response.)

You can't even build a small quiz for your daughters birthday with the free version. Using one of their templates already exceeds the trial features ... wasted an hour and had no quiz. Thanks for nothing.

Not sure if this is just me but I am on the free plan and my typeform stalls at literally every step. It shows it is processing but never moves to the next page. Baffled! I could, of course, be wrong, in which case please let me know what to do!

Very beautiful and can be used in advanced ways. However, for someone it may seem to be a bit complicated in terms of settings. But, I believe, this feeling is gone after the one day of usage :D

Typeform has the potential to be great but unfortunately their continous technical issues with almost weekly down time affect our business in a very harmful way. We've gone all in on their platform so every time they're down, people can't use our product.
Typeform also needs to add some very basic features that I've been trying to suggest to them for over a year, but no one in their development team seems to care.

I've used this service for years and have always enjoyed it, that is until today. Today was the first time I ever had to deal with Typeform's customer service, and let me tell you, it's about as bad as it gets.
From simple incompetence like dropping me from the chat, to making me wait several days to fix a simple billing issue that resulted from an error on Typeform's end, to just not being friendly or courteous, this was about the worst customer experience I have had in recent memory.
Obviously this is not a company that values its customers, and that's a shame because their software is really cool.

I love the ease of using this software because my students are able to do my quiz and pay after if they chose too.

Typeform is a great tool and has made a lot of progress. It still doesn't allow to customize some aspects like fonts type and font size, but the tool really works.
If you want to create fluid and visually appealing forms, surveys, etc, Typeform is definitely your best option.

Great functionality, integrations and user experience
We have used typeform a couple of times and have found it very user friendly and effective.

Best UX for a survey -- both for the person creating the survey as well as the person taking the survey. While the design and functionality is intentionally minimal, I find that it's actually more robust than I need, without getting in the way. I'm able to get surveys created and published in minutes. I get the data I need and users have a frictionless experience. I love TypeForm.
