Zain was absolutely superb

Our company have recently signed up for Tyl Card Machines

Our company have recently signed up for two Tyl card machines. As well as securing excellent rates the whole experience has been very smooth and well implemented. Kevin has been extremely helpful in supporting us through the process, answering our questions and getting us set up with our account and card machines.

Was considering joining but the sales…

Was considering joining but the sales staff and customer support where unwilling to share details on how much cancellation fees would be. Seems very shady to me! Make sure you understand what you are signing before agreeing.

Edit to your reply - judging by your reply, you still miss the point I’m making. I wanted to join your services but wanted to understand my termination fees, should I need to cancel my contract early. Yet you were unable to provide that information and still playing ignorant to it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Zain Awais is very helpful

I spoke to Zain Awais in regards to TYI and he gave me all the information that was required. He was polite and took me through all the rates and was a great advisor. He took me through all application and helped till the application was signed and successful. Thanks a lot Zain. Wish you well for the future.

Speedy setting up of Tyl

We needed to set up Tyl by Nat West fairly urgently.
Joseph Hood quickly arranged a call from Tyl within 48 hours and Kashif Saeed called us.
He was very pleasant to deal with and explained everything clearly. Would recommend!
