Tianyu is a great company. I had my ring XRF tested upon arrival and it is a perfect 10k gold. The craftsmanship of the ring is also beautiful. They clearly pay excellent attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked to work with a better vendor. Extremely fast shipping too! Thank you very much. I worked with Maggie and she as very patient.

I discovered Tianyu Gems on Reddit. I gave them a try because of the good reviews and affordable prices. I was not disappointed. I bought a 3.59 lab grown E VVSI round brilliant ideal cut hearts and arrows lab grown diamond with side stones. The buying experience was very good. I dealt with Trinity who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was the first time I have done this and she supported me throughout the process until I was pleased with the ring. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through this process. I am very pleased with my purchase and will certainly buy again and recommend to others.

I worked with Maggie from Tianyu to create my ring. The experience was really great, she was very helpful and always replied to my messages quickly. She found me a lab diamond with the specs I was after at a really great price then had a CAD made exactly how I had asked, there was no need for any changes.
The ring was made straight away and postage was super quick to Aus, was even delivered on a public holiday. I was also surprised when it arrived the ring was packaged beautifully and came with a velvet ring box.
Before choosing Tianyu I had shopped around and Maggie provided the best price by far, I saved thousands of dollars buying from Maggie.
Overall a great experience and I will definitely order from Maggie at Tianyu again.

I worked with Trinity on a custom lab diamond ring and the process was very smooth from beginning to end. She was very responsive and was able to make my custom ring come true! The service at tygems is excellent, their team was able to assist in the creation of the 3D design to the production in a fairly reasonable timeline. All payments were done through Alibaba which made it easy to pay regardless in which country you are. I received my ring within one week of it being shipped which is really fast!

Maggie was very helpful with the whole process! She explained everything to me and was patient in helping choose the gems. We worked together in customizing it exactly how I wanted it and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. Once the ring was finished, she sent me pictures and videos of the ring to confirm it indeed was what I wanted. The ring came out beautiful and Maggie got it to me very quickly! Given it was overseas, I was a little bit skeptical. Our ring came out so much better than expected and I couldn’t imagine it being any better. I worked with Maggie and I am so happy with my overall experience! I came to Maggie and Tianyu because I lost my ring and decided to replace my stone with a lab diamond instead. From there Maggie assured me they could make my ring and upgrade me to a matching wedding band too so I did not have to go anywhere else and piece the rings together. The team made my CAD design and upon approval, they were very prompt and timely in finishing and shipping out my rings. I especially appreciated the professional quality pictures and videos they shared with me - as I never had such beautiful, crisp pictures of my original ring! I would not hesitated to order from Tianyu and work with Maggie again. She is prompt, professional and a great person to work with!

The diamond itself is breathtaking: radiant, perfectly cut, and among the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The piece arrived in a luxurious presentation box with full certification and documentation. Even after delivery, their post-service check-in proved they care deeply about perfection in every detail.

Maggie from TianYu Gems was fantastic! She speedily responded to all my questions, and was incredibly accommodating to all the design requests and concerns we had. We ordered an engagement band and a wedding band set, and they turned out far better than we could have asked. The craftsmanship is flawless, and we couldn't have asked for a better service.

3rd time buying from them - they retroactively asked me to pay an additional $40 in shipping for a single earring after I had PayPal'ed them $84 (post-fees) for it. Then, they made me pay for the fees / refunded me $76 when I decided it wasn't worth it.
