Fake Jacket And Long Delivery
I’ve purchased a Trapstar decoded hooded jacket 2.0 and said it would come within 5-7 business days. The next couple of days they sent an email saying they have some issues and would give me a free gift. So I’ve waited for the delivery to come and then once it arrived I’ve checked the qr code and the website sends me to a fake certilogo website. So I’ve went to the real website and submitted the number and said it was fake. Also I didn’t receive a free gift.

Brought my son a hoody and shorts from here costing a lot of money. The order took forever to arrive and when it did the hoody had a hole and run in the cuff of the sleeve. Clearly a manufacturing fault. This company promised a replacement hoody, over a month later they’ve not replaced the hoody and ignoring all my emails. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS! Twenty two supplies why are you not responding? I’ve noticed you respond on here to negative reviews so what’s your reply to this? Your non existent customer service and clothing is a complete joke! Take your money elsewhere people or be sorry like myself and many many others.

Wish I had read the reviews first as I am now entering into a similar experience to everyone else. Being asked for pictures of the order to get an exchange (the order number is apparently insufficient as they clearly don’t maintain any records) and their 7 day refund policy will be impossible to comply with given the snail like pace of their response. All I can suggest is small claims court if you don’t get your money back based on experiences from everyone who isn’t posting a fake review, and informing Trading Standards. Interesting that the company never bother to defend itself by responding to poor reviews either.

This website has been selling counterfeit items. Corteiz & Syna are aware and have reported them to the police & trading standards.
Ignore the fake reviews clearly being made by whenever runs this shambles.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not order from this company!! My son ordered a top on 24th June , was first told it would arrive in 7 days then informed it might be 14 days. No top, no update on order until we started chasing it up in August. The top was then apparently out of stock , we were offered the choice of another item or a refund. Upon requesting a refund we were told it would be processed within 5-7 working days on 9th September. Surprisingly no refund ever appeared! All communication by myself was just completely ignored after that. Eventually on 8th October we put it in the hands of our bank. A refund was received the next week.
The top cost £84, that’s a lot for a young boy to be out of pocket for almost 4 months.
Perhaps this lot should Google how to practice good customer service!!

Ordered some trainers for our daughter. We were told 4-7 days for delivery. When we got the order confirmation we were told 7-14 days for delivery. We waited nothing delivered and no notification. So we emailed the company and were told the dispatch driver was on holiday for a week ! We were offered a refund. We agreed on this. Waited another week no refund was sent as promised. Contacted them again by email. They told us to contact our bank. We already had.
Never known such bad customer service. Lies and promises all the way. We are still waiting on our refund. We ordered the trainers over a month ago !

Do not use this company!! Ordered trainers for my son. After 6 weeks of being promised they’d been sent, I requested a refund. Numerous emails and photos of fake receipts ( not recognised when I showed the bank!), the money was not refunded. Eventually got it from the bank, as they recognised issues with the company. You have been warned. Dreadful company!
