Ordered previously with no issues, placed order of over £500 on 6th December, for my sons Christmas, said thed be here by 23rd, no items, no communication, no refund!! Thanks for ruining my sons Christmas!!! 🤬

Quite simply avoid . They are promising to send you the goods you have bought then blaming Royal Mail when the item does not turn up then offering refund and finally saying their accounts frozen so best you seek refund from your card provider . This their M O by looks of previous posts .

Do not buy from this company they are a fraud and should be shut down. They take your money, don't send the goods, then fob you off time and time again with absolute lies.

Do not buy from here. No intentions of sending goods. They tell you its posted, it is not. Then you say you require a refund, our funds are on block you need to go to you payment provider. Total scam should be locked up.

I have been waiting over a month for my order and everytime I make contact I’m given another date. I’ve requested a refund and I’m now being ignored.

Using this company was a joke eventually had my money back after 5 - 6 weeks what makes me laugh is on the website is only shows the good feedback that I believe is friends and family AVOID THESE!!!!

Horrendous, borderline scam, stay away, waiting for over a month trying to get money back with bank

Absolute shambles. Ordered over 1 month ago. Advised a “slight” delay. Have emailed daily for over 2 weeks and lied to with every reply. They’ve told me sold it has been shipped! They are happy to reply but then talk utter rubbish. AVOID! I wish I had!

I placed a order and did not receive any goods kept being messed around for 4 weeks there customer service was rude and really bad eventually managed to get a full refund which was the only good part of the whole experience I placed the order for my son birthday present and was left with nothing for his day

SCAM. Eventually got money refunded after 3 weeks. Complete waste of time

Only giving 1 star as I have to these guys they sell fake trainers absolute liberty takers taken me 6 weeks to get my money back sent me returns labels addressed back to me save yourself some hassle and give them a miss

Day 11 and nothing paid for quicker delivery had an email stating 5-7 days absolute pathetic AVOID THESE !!!!!

I ordered a large size item but received a medium instead. When I contacted the seller, they refused to process a refund because the package had been opened but of course, I only opened it to see that it was the wrong size. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I’ll be raising a dispute with my credit card company as a result. Would not recommend.

Sent me a free gift …. £10 of next order as if I’d use them again!!!! Clearly some estate lads set up with no idea how to run a business

They DID NOT KEEP ME UPDATED! I had to email daily and only ever got 2 generic heartless responses. The item I ordered was IN STOCK! Imagine shopping anywhere for an in stock item and it coming nearly 3 weeks later because of annual leave?! Wow! Laughable I’d love to see their business plan for the future

UPDATE: they said I haven’t got in contact with them, I have emails and screenshots that say otherwise. Trading standards will be contacted. They’re scammers that sell fake goods. AVOID

I ordered a Corteiz pullover for my son on September 15th, only after I had ordered did I read the reviews and now wish I had read them before purchasing. The reviews about fake goods and being ignored are all true. Before the item even arrived I emailed them asking about the returns process as I did not want the item anymore and wished to send it straight back for a full refund, I was ignored. After the item arrived I emailed again requesting to return it, ignored again. If I have not been contacted by the end of the day I shall be putting a complaint in with Trading Standards, my order number is #4876. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Also, I suspect the good reviews on this Trustpilot page are written with AI, the use of dashes give it away.

Very impressed with Twentytwo Supplies. The “Just Landed” section has fresh, trendy pieces, and their sale prices are fair. My recent order came in well packed with no defects. Everywhere from the fabric to the print reflected great craftsmanship.

I really liked their transparency. Items are listed with original tags, authentic packaging, and the site shows clear policies for delivery and returns. My recent order of a hoodie set was exactly as described. Zero disappointments.

Ordered trainers waited about ten days then they were delivered was told I would get a free gift when I was delivered was wrong size and looked like something from a cheap market stall no makers name absolutely disgraceful

My sons girlfriend ordered a tracksuit from this company in a size large, they sent a medium jacket and a large trousers. She has sent numerous emails to them about returning it and sorting this problem out and they are ignoring her. I think its absolutely disgusting. We are now considering taking them to a small claims court and informing trading standards.
