Very good service.
The driver arrived on time, and had good ideas about where to place the skip. We made a special request to have the skip removed early, and it was removed on time. Very good.

the driver arrived on time and was thoughtfull enough to drop the skip at the top of the drive where it was hard to see from the road ( nobody else filling the skip )

Great Customer Service
Great on the phone customer service and clear communications via email. Skip delivered ahead of arranged schedule which was really helpful and meant my house refit could move ahead quicker.
Skips are expensive and removing 1 star because not the cheapest in the area (Peterborough). Would recommend regardless for service quality

Easy to arrange. Skip delivered and collected efficiently. Drivers very helpful. Person doing booking on phone helpful, but wasn’t sure about the different types of waste - which they could/should have done, as it effects price (eg green vs general waste for garden waste). But otherwise all good.

Very helpful
I phoned up wanting a skip to be delivered within 3 days, the lady on the phone was so helpful advising me of everything and double checking no permit was needed. Found the exact location for delivery and made the whole process straight forward.

Great customer service!
Carrying out a large commercial refit with a large qty of waste needing to be removed TWBCO have been excellent - customer service has been excellent from day one and have provided us with skips on time and with no fuss.

First Class Skip Hire !
Lady on the phone was very helpful wilst I was ordering the skip and again the driver was very friendly and helpfull when the skip was delivered. The price is competitive and around average locally but the service is first class. Very pleased to have chosen TWBCO and will definitely use them the next time I need a skip.
