I had a wonderful experience with David’s car. The car was clean spacious. David was good in communicating. The car runs very well very comfortable and had no issues. I would totally recommend if you wanted to rent a van.

This will be the last time I use this app. I think that when cats have special tires on them they should have insurance. When renting from Local Rental Agency, they cars are fully covered. Thank goodness it was just a rim! I would be very careful on selecting the car for you

Everything was fine until I was not accommodated for the parking fee I had to pay using the ticket the host left in the car. He initially told me it would be refunded after I return the rental then he said I switched the ticket and completely stopped responding. Mind you I had no access to any other ticket or vehicle… I came straight from the plane to the parking garage as instructed in his directions. I hate liars and con artists and this guy is both. Pick another rental to avoid his lies and games

The process was very easy, location for pickup was familiar and knowledgeable. The host was very kind and helpfu.

Being a first time user of Turo, I am very disappointed in the end of my usage of the vehicle. In the beginning, everything seemed to be ok..the host was very informative on pickup and such. My daughter and I found the vehicle with ease, but when entering it had a slight smell of smoke, which the host had air freshers in the vents. I did not make a point to reach out to him, due to needing to get to my final destination. The problem I have and will not give a good review on the host Eric or Turro, is that we ended our trip, get back home and receive a message that I am being charged a smoking fee because of the smell. I am not a smoker, have never been a smoker, and I am beyond livid of the pictures that the host attached to show "proof". That was NOT pictures of the end of my usage of this car! I am still being charged a smoking fee even when I disputed it and had sent over pictures I took. I will NEVER use him as a host and I will absolutely warn people about him and how there are falsified pictures at the end of my rental. It was a way to get more money out of someone! What a very dishonest person the host is!

My host was great. Communication was excellent and they really looked out for me when it came to seeing my mom during those last moments. I am forever grateful and would give 10 stars if it was available.

The rental process was fine. Turo has no process to edit ratings if the host or the guest makes a mistake. They have a process to delete a rating but it’s really not helpful or easily accessible. Please improve this process, Turo.
