I ordered some tulips to be delivered to a person dear to me, in holiday. I ordered them from England, the website translated to English. I received constant updates via email.
Amazing service can't thank these enough. I made a error on the address which was miles away i contacted them and my gift was delivered the next day. Thank you for understanding and being so kind.

Disappointment
I placed my order, specified the place of delivery and recieved notification of receipt of the order. I was not informed of any problems with my order., However to my extreme disappointment no flowers were ever received from me, by by my daughter on her special day. I was promised a refund beither flowers nor any refund was received by me. I was extremely disappointed by your company, and will not recommend it to neiither my family nor my friends.

BUYER BEWARE
The worst company I have ever bought flowers from. They delivered overpriced wilted flowers four hours late and were rude when I asked for at the very least a discount on future flowers. I looked stupid in front of the woman I was buying them for. Do not make the mistake of doing business with these people.

Hello stew We talked about this with you via WhatsApp. We do not understand your logic when you insist that you order at 12 at night and want delivery at 9 in the morning. The delivery rules are written on our website and you order by accepting these rules. We do not force you to sell the flowers, you buy by seeing the prices on our website. We delivered your flower order in Northern Cyprus on the day and sent you the flower pictures. A wilted flower was never delivered. Blackmailing us that you wanted a new flower and saying you would leave a bad comment if we didn't send it did not create an honest customer profile for us. We state that we do not want to see you again and wish you a good day.
