It is perfect for all my landlord needs. My tenants love it as well. Way better than just text/email. keeps everything organized and it decreased how many times my clients reached out to me for minor things. I think bc it is now more effort on their part to come to the app. Which is PERFECT!

Seamless and fast
So far so good, the onboarding process has been simple, I had my new tenants screened, accepted, and into a lease within the first few hours of signing up. Everything has been seamless and the tenants are using the features already!
