Great software with great assistance from technical support.

At first,a little sceptical but it works great.
After a few months there was a little problem which was, due to a fast response, quickly solved. So happy about it!

This is the worst experience ive had with software so far. I asked them to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund but they wont. And 3 months later they still didnt cancel my subcription.

i had an issue and support got me working. Actually twice since i bought the software and never had the issue last longer than their first reply. No complaints at all

By far the best program for converting DRM protected files. Other programs want you to log into your Apple account to use them and that was a no go for me. If you you are a dj like myself and need to use your DRM protected music to play in DJ software, this is the software you need to convert your music files.

A copy paste of my comment on one of their tutorials, which keeps mysteriously disappearing: I am not coming at this website in a rude way, only trying to inform. Guys, don't follow these Nintendo Switch tutorials. It doesn't make sense because it is IMPOSSIBLE unless you have your Switch hacked with custom firmware. TriPlayer only works with stuff like Atmosphere. If you do not have a hacked/modded/etc. Switch this is NEVER going to work unless Nintendo allows it later on, which is unlikely. Modding the Switch can get you banned or your Switch bricked/fubared. Please take caution.

Be really careful with this company because if you don't read every single thing on their website you won't get your money back if the software doesnt do what you hoped it would. Feels like a scam when they don't even consider you had the software 5 minutes before realising it would take weeks and weeks for it to perform the task I needed. I recommend giving this company a wide birth.

Worst customer service ever. Product does not work with Amazon Music, will not accept copied link, just freezes. Emailed for quick question, response is “we only support or answer questions for the yearly premium plan” cancelled today. What a farce.

Every time I use it, Spotify freeze my account for unlawful copying. Happened 5 or 6 times now. Contacted tunelf.....................nothng. Avoid

and it is simple to use. The drag and add feature is a simple one step. The new update removed errors and the program works very well. I am a very satisfied customer. It does not limit the number of conversions as Sidify does after buying the service!

Have been using Tunelf for Spotify on a handful of occasions. It works just fine BUT ...Spotify have detected this "unlawful" activity and blocked my account. This even happens if you copy in real time. To continue using Tunelf, you will need an inexhaustible supply of email addresses and be prepared to register under a new address every time you are blocked. Otherwise. save your money.

Excellent conversion of mp3 from the source. I also only had a single licence and changed computers. I contacted Mallin and he sorted it so I could use the single licence on my new computer without having to spend for another licence.
