I paid for a Lifetime License for the Amazon music converter, it is top notch product. Lets you choose your ideal format to convert to MP3, FLAC, etc. and is easy to use. I had to do a clean install of Windows recently and couldn't re-register with my product code. I contacted support and they took care of the issue overnight. Great support and a great product!

I bought audio converter and I was wrong about the license, since I clicked on windows and I have a mac. I contacted support and they made the change quickly, the same day. I am very happy with my experience with TuneLF. The product works perfectly

I like how easy it is to save all my tracks, playlist, and even albums as the original from Tidal if I wanted. I have tried several others but this sounded and was a bit better then the others.

Was looking for a way to download my spotify playlists so I could setup my own music library. This tool is the best one for it. Takes a while for it to finish but that's fine.

Tunelf software is terrific, just does what it says it will; no fuss, no muss. I live in a rural environment with unreliable cell service which makes easily downloading music for listening offline essential - Tunelf makes this easy and reliable over a slow internet connection. Mallin in Tunelf support is absolutely fantastic, very responsive - what more can you ask for. Highly recommended!

I initially purchase the wrong plan and contacted customer support immediately. They responded the next day and provided the correct Reg code for the plan I needed. Download was quick and easy. I am working on a personal project (video) and wanted some music to add to it. I started right away with converting music files. It was quick and painless.

Tunelf stopped working. I emailed Tech Support numerous times and never got a response.

This is a compact, no frills product that delivers! The interface is simple yet functional. Installation is straight forward and fast and I'm very happy with the performance. Price is reasonable. However, what sets this product apart and really adds differential value, is the fantastic customer support. I've only needed to contact them a couple of times with issues of my own making, but every time I received a reply within 2-3 hours! Not only that, but they resolved my issue immediately. I highly recommend this product. It has definitely earned my loyalty.

The software package that I purchased from Tunelf did what it said on the tin, which is very refreshing. No fuss or nonsense, just doing what I paid for. The package itself is intuitive to use, and I've not had any difficulties using it. Money well spent. The main point of my review is to praise their attitude towards customer service.

I have been using Tunelf for over a year, with a single purchased license. When I moved continents, my old computer was scrapped and recycled. I contacted them to request that my license be transferred to my current computer. Unlike some larger companies, they responded quickly, courteously, and facilitated the transfer of my license, so their excellent software is now active on my new machine. Small things, perhaps, but refreshing to see a company whose software does precisely what you ask of it, and a bunch of people who help fix problems _really_ quickly. I would recommend them to anyone, which is why I'm posting this review.
